Dear Mr. [removed member name], I am sorry for your your inconvenience and bad experience. I looked back as to when you picked up your jacket it was on April 3rd. Unfortunately, I was still on spring vacation. I had been gone for fifteen days, I returned on April 8th. I was unaware of your situation. Call me at 414-736-3267 I will refund the 15.00 you were charge. Our minimum charge is 25.00. Typically we tell customers to call before coming to pick up jobs and we call them when they are done. Since the end of April we have hired two new employees. We quote 2 weeks on coats. We missed your estimated turnaround time. What you view as a disorganized mess is an extremely busy work room. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. My sincere apology. As always we guarantee our workmanship and we take pride in the quality of work we do. It is unacceptable you had to be inconvenienced, please accept my apology. The month of March was a record month, Followed by April which was a new record month. This year we a running 80% ahead of last year. I am sorry you had to suffer through our growing pains. Sincerely, Shay Johnson
