Keith is an experienced carpenter who can handle pretty much any type of project. My project was complicated as it was adding onto existing structure on the back of the house, and Keith was able to handle a lot of situations that arose as they usually do with remodel situations. For me personally, he also provided a lot of overall advice and guidance as I was managing the overall project myself. I had selected, unfortunately, a crummy concrete / foundation sub and Keith held them accountable and made them come back and address issues and errors that needed to be fixed before the rough carpentry could go in properly level & square. Later on, I did the finishing work myself and sure enough walls were plumb, square and to print, which makes finishing work much easier. With regards to price, he gets his materials for large projects strictly from Bliffert, they are high quality, and they are much better to work with than the big box stores. His labor costs aren't going to be the cheapest around the block but they are very very well worth the value of knowing someone who knows what they are doing is going to be constructing your project. Keith and his son Andrew are a fantastic crew. They don't dawdle around or procrastinate, and work hard the entire day and I am amazed at how much they can accomplish in such a short time. They are also very family friendly (I have 2 boys and a girl constantly running through the worksite) and they take care to try and keep the worksite clean and debris away from the unaffected areas of the house. If you can't tell, very highly recommended!
