I called and spoke with Eric and explained the project and timeline I was looking for. He indicated that it was within his skillsets and could get me an estimate so we could proceed. I supplied him with the address, the project description and my phone number. He was going to be in the neighborhood that day so he was going to look at it then, or the next day at the latest. There was no phone call that day, the following day (friday), or Monday of the next week. I did not call him back to see why he hadn't followed through because the project had to be completed in a timely manner and they couldn't even follow up on the initial request. Had they just called and said that they couldn't make it I would have been OK and we would have rescheduled. Instead I called another contractor, they met me when they said they would, and the work is now done.

The price was good. They were professional and responsive. They were easy to work with. The only thing he did not do was send an invoice, I had to call them multiple times to get the bill.
