Description of Work: set up new computer and removed old PC. Eliminated lots of wires and cords. Taught me new stuff on new lap top. I will use the again.The fella was so nice and patient.

+ -1 moreWe have used IT Connect for several years. When we started with them, they had a different company name but same great computer technicians. I stopped over to their office to see if they could fix my old computer but my hard drive was ready to die. They told me the laptops they like best and where to go to get one. I dropped off my new computer the next morning and it was ready that same afternoon. Before we found this computer company several years ago, we had tried other computer repair companies. We were never satisfied. Since we found IT Connect, we use them whenever we need computer repairs and recommend them to our relatives and friends. Thank you Ryan, Jason, and Jason!! Their home service is great, too, and they are always very professional and will work until everything we want is taken care of.
Description of Work: IT Connect took care of setting up my new computer and transferring what was on my old computer. They did the work in their office. My computer was ready later the same day.

+ -1 moreWe used them for our I.T. techs for less than 1 year.We paid a 2 month penalty to get out of the contract with them.Every time something didn't work, they wanted to sell us new equipment rather than fix the problem.I wound up fixing half the problems myself without buying new hardware.They also don't start work until 9AM in the morning, so if you come into work before then and your system is down, you are out of luck.By then their voice mails are so plentiful that they can't get back to you right away. I believe they believe "WE" the customer owes them a living, and they cannot be bothered to put in the time necessary to earn and keep our business.
Description of Work: We contracted with them to keep our computer system up and running, software and hardware.They charged a monthly fee to keep our system up and bug free.

+ -1 moreIt turned out fine. When he diagnosed the issue, he told us that the computer wasn't fixable. We needed to know that. We were pleased to know we could call someone and trust someone. We were comfortable with his expertise.

+ -1 moreIt turned out very fine. They were very cooperative. They even gave me a temporary computer while mine was being fixed and while I decided what I wanted to do. I was pleased with their knowledge, courtesy and willingness to help. When I had said something about a concern I had they were very conscientious about not charging me anymore.
