+ -1 moreBought a PC from them, and have now had three major components fail.
Description of Work: The horse is long out of the barn on this one, but I just had to log this review to warn others. I had INET build what was (four years ago) a rather high-end PC. In retrospect, I'd have been better buying the parts online and building it myself. I've had PCs in the house for over 15 years now, and have NEVER had parts fail. I'm not sure what lousy sources INET uses, but I have had the hard drive fail AND the video card, both being replaced after lengthy (i.e. a week each time) service drop offs (try being without your main PC for a week or more...). Now, the CD/DVD unit (which doesn't get much use) is failing...it's had problems for almost two years opening, but now it won't open at all. Tiger Direct, here I come...

+ -1 moreHe said he'd have Mitch (the repairman) call me back and help me straighten it out but that was 3 weeks ago and Mitch never called. We still have no computer. They added Norton Antivirus but Roadrunner (as I pointed out to them) was offered to us free. They claimed otherwise, installed Norton and charged us for it. I'm now paying for antivirus I don't need on a computer that quit functioning because I turned it off and back on?
Description of Work: They serviced my computer. Upon returning the computer and activating it it seemed to be ok. However, when I shut it off and turned it back on the next day it had the same problem. I called and INET manager informed me that the warranty was only good if I kept the computer on. Once it was shut off it voided the warranty.

+ -1 moreI had nothing but wonderful customer service from everyone at INET from start to finish. I now have a very good and fast running computer. They transferred all my data and programs to my new computer which was a godsend. For what they charged, I got a very good deal - plus very good service. I have had the opportunity to bring my old computers for repair at INET and have never been dissatisfied. With my new computer my speakers were too old to play adequately. Although they played, the sound was very low. INET went out of their way to supply me with some new low cost speakers that work great. What I also like about INET is that you can call a tech at any time the store is open is you have a question or problem. That opportunity is worth its weight in gold!!!
Description of Work: Built a new computer that is faster and more reliable to handle large amount of data that I regularly work with.

+ -1 moreWE TAKE OUR PERSONAL AND WORK COMPUTERS TO INET. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, & FRIENDLY. THEY GIVE VERY ACCURATE ESTIMATES. THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND 40GB HARD DRIVE IN OUR P.C. ALSO TRANSFERRED SEVERAL PROGRAMS.

+ -1 moreThey were good at understanding our needs. The design was well done. Forgot to install old computer files first time. Delay in system being ready by a few days. Some minor problems with pc at home was fixed. Overall, very nice to work with, but some minor issues with those who design and those who put things together. Not convinced yet.
Description of Work: They constructed, programmed and set up a 2 pc network for us in our home replacing an old system. Old files were saved.
