Russ was able to schedule us between previous appointments. He was polite and professional, established where our problem originated, and offered two ways of handling the situation. I was able to take his clear advice and complete the installation.
Description of Work: Diagnose a wiring problem. Ceiling fan wiring was not working when wired as specified in installation instructions. Russ was able to quickly and thoughtfully determine where the problem was and offer several solutions.

Great, couln't be happier.
Description of Work: Contacted Heinritz about repairing an outside electrical line to our yardlight. He came over right away and gave us an estimate. The worker showed up exactly when he was supossed to, worked efficiently and our yardlight works.

Russ does a great job of explaining things. He looks to fix things for a reasonable price rather than just selling you more than you really need.
Description of Work: Our fuse box was messed up so we were having different problems with our electrical stuff. Russ spent a good bit of time with us going over a number of options. He carefully listed prices for the different options. He explained things really well.

Russ came quickly, at our convenience. The cost was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Russ figured out why we were blowing fuses all the time and fixed it for us, very inexpensively.

It was a relatively small job they did a little over a year ago. As I recall, they were on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. They did a great job, and I have never had a problem with it. The cost was not a big issue, as I didn't even save the receipt. I would say that they were in line with others performing the same type of work. They were recommended to us, and I, in turn, would refer them to others.
Description of Work: They replaced the old electric circuit breaker box and replaced it with a new one of the same size. Our house has four bedrooms, but I have no idea how many square feet.

They did an outstanding job! I was very pleased with the work that was done by this company. They were on time and made sure to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were personable and friendly every step of the way. To me that makes a great company.
Description of Work: This company switched our fuse box and upgraded it with a breaker box. Our home is about 1,100 square feet. I am not sure of the amount of amps that were used.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO ALL OUR WISHES AND CONCERNS, GIVE US ADVICE AND WORK WITH OUR LENDER FOR PAYMENT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

These folks are very good and very nice to work with. Russ is the owner and is a businessman you can trust. We will go no where else for our electrical needs. The price is for motion detectors and hot tub.
Description of Work: They did all of the wiring for our home and the remodeling of our basement. In addition, we have them add motion detector lights to our outside and wire an outdoor hot tub.
