+ -1 moreCame promptly and spent an hour or so, seemingly fixing the problem and said to call if the problem recurred. Two days later it did, so I called. Said they couldn't come for a day or two. Never came and didn't return two or three phone calls.
Description of Work: Used them for another computer a year ago to fix a problem. This time another computer had Windows problems.
