We were happy with them and we will use them again. The work went quite well. They cleaned our carpets. They did a nice job. They were very professional.

Overall we were satisfied with the results!

We are repeat customers, and again are over-the-top pleased with the work done. Yes, you can find less expensive providers (and we have used several others), but the diligence and professionalism of Patrick and Happy Day shows in the fabulous results. This time around it was some pet staining and spills on a white berber which we had done some (unsuccessful) spot cleaning with. On completion of the work, Patrick emphasized that the work is warrantied and that to please call with any concerns. After 3 days of drying we noted some 'browning' and did in fact call Happy Day regarding this. At no charge,they were back within 2 days and remedied the condition. Our carpet hasn't looked this good in a LONG time.

They had to vacuum. The crawl space was dirty, they removed cobb webs and cement dust.They did a great job. The owner is a very nice man. I would recommend them and I will use them again. I have had them out before to clean carpets and furniture and they did a great job with that as well. They are very reliable.

The representative came promptly to give me an estimate, but I feel they are far to expensive based on my experience with carpet cleaning companies. Estimate was for 3 bedrooms, loft, stairs, living room, sofa and 4 chairs. Total $760+ with odor treatment.

The worker arrived on time. He reviewed the work to be done. He called the owner to finalize the price which was a little higher than the original estimate. He went to work and did not stop until it was finished.

Patrick was great. He was responsive and got back right away; worked well into the night to remove carpet and set up tools to dry basement out.

I got an appointment within two days of calling. I was told that the worker would arrive at 7:00 AM. The worker did not show until 7:45 AM, which I was disappointed with since I am not a morning person. The worker was very professional, and hot. He went over what would be done, and the areas to be treated. I was extremely happy especially since the previous tenant had a dog, and prior to clean, I found dog hair all around the edge. I would hire them again.

I though the pricing was a bit high. They did a real good job though. They showed up on time to do the work, in fact they came early. I think I would shop around in the future before hiring them again.

He arrived on time, spent approximately 3 hours on the furniture (as he said) and when he was done, the odor was gone and the sofa saved. We couldn't have been happier.

Carpet was left extremely wet. They explained that it was because of the nature of the carpet, but they should take that into account when applying solution/water. Makes me nervous that there was too much water in the pad and in the subflooring, as it took days and days to dry, but I don't have any evidence of damage. Just wish that I had a little more confidence in what was done. In the end, I wish I had spent $40 and done the whole thing with a rented Rug Doctor instead of paying for the professional service.

They did a great job. They were very professional and gave me good advice on carpet.

They were supposed to come out and I was really frustrated that they didn't show up. They are a rather nice company. I was just a little mad they couldn't come.

Patrick arrived on time and had one assistant. My brother and I had moved everything from the room and had pushed as much furniture to one side as we could. I told Patrick that there were a few areas that did not need to be cleaned. (ie. under the computer and TV cabinets and under a sewing room cutting/storage table.) These were too heavy and inconvenient to move. I also told him that a old brass bed with lots of stuff piled on it could be dealt with in a different manner...he simply needed to ask or tell us. In stead he charged me extra because he had to move the bed. Why didn't he ask????? In the end, most of the cleaning was great, but for some reason the carpet in the living room produced stains where they had never been. He said the carpet dried too slowly and as a result the "brown" areas appeared. He re-cleaned and the brown areas simply reappeared in different areas. The carpet is old and stained and it looked like he just pushed the stain from one area to another. The air conditioning was on continuously (set at 68 degrees to keep it going) and fans were used that ran non stop (like airline engines) for 36 hours. I was freezing with ears the wouldn't pop and still had the brown stains on the carpet. Patrick wanted to come again, but I could not do the fans again for 36 hours and I had an open house the next day. (I am selling my home). Patrick offer to make the situation right and I told him to give me a call again after the open house. That was two weeks ago, and I have not heard from him and his fans are still in my garage.

They let me know it was my garbage disposal that backed up. They came right away. They were very good, I will have them again! I was very happy.

This was by far the best carpet cleaning I ever had! Great service, great price, and came the day and time I requested.

The actual work was done very well and the technician was very good. However, there was a question or miscommunication regarding the total price. We had not request a written quote. When the technician contacted the owner he was instructed not to charge for the service as the owner was concerned that he maintain his good rating with Angie's List. One for the forces of good!

They did a good job really cleaning the carpets. I have received complements on how they look and they were really quick. I would use them again.

They did this all in one round trip and didn't charge me extra for the second cleaning. I would definitely use them again, I asked what other services they provided. They do emergency water extraction, tile and grout cleaning, and all types of carpet repair. Cost for work was $69 the tax for Milwaukee county was 5.6%. They did not charge to pick up the carpet, estimate was free and I see they do scotch guard too. If anything comes up that I see that they are capable of doing I would call them immediately.

I called hoping for service in the very near future, since I had company arriving within a couple of days. They were able to send out a technician the same day. We were VERY satisfied with the cleaning service. The technician was pleasant, polite, and knew what he was doing. Very personable. He did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the carpet! There was one very high traffic area that I didn't think would come clean, but it looked great after the cleaning.

The interaction with the company was excellent. Patrick kept me informed of options at each step in the process and was very flexible and accommodating. He even researched organic antimicrobial agents. We ultimately decided to go with a traditional agent, but the fact that he was willing to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. As an owner/operator, Patrick takes obvious pride in his work and selects very hard working and dedicated staff.

They were able to come out, right away. They started right on time. The gentleman that was here was very personable and worked very hard. He did a great job. He noticed many spots and worked extra hard to get the stains out. I was very happy with the end result.

Happy Day was absolutely wonderful. I will use them again. They were able to come right away, arrived on time, gave a great price for 4 rooms of heavily soiled carpet and were able to remove dirt and soil I didn't think possible. They understand their craft and took their time getting the work done right. They don t advertise it, but also have great first aid skills. I slipped on stairs after looking at the carpets (note to all getting carpets cleaned, wet feet and wooden stairs are not a good combination). They applied ice and sat with me while we waited for the paramedics, locked up my home and the apartment they were cleaning and helped corral my daughter. After all of that they recleaned an area where I'd left foot prints (I took off my shoes mistakenly thinking my feet were cleaner then my shoes after garden). In spite of having to put up with me for a client (messing up their work, falling down stars) they were exceptionally kind and patient and their work was fantastic.
