Patrick and a co-worker arrived on time and they cleaned the rug for 4 hours working very slowly and very carefully. All stains were completely removed and the rug looks great.

Job 1: The carpet was really trashed to start with. Patrick and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job. When some of the stains wicked back up and reappeared, which I understand can happen and is unavoidable sometimes, Patrick came back and worked on them again. After seeing how this crew worked I am convinced they got my carpet as clean as humanly possible. I am totally satisfied and will use them again. Job 2: Carpet was really trashed. He really did a great job. I've hired Patrick several times now and I'm always very happy. This guy is a very hard worker and he knows what real customer service is.

Patrick, the owner, showed up promptly, walked through the areas to be cleaned with me and went right to work. He brought along a helper and they worked HOURS, until Patrick was sure he had done the best possible cleaning. It's not that they were slow, they were EXTREMELY thorough and dedicated to doing things right. Our carpets were a challenge and we have two large dogs who sometimes have had accidents. We typically have our carpets cleaned every 6-8 months or as needed by a national chain and they are in and out in about 2 hours. Patrick's dedication to doing a good job, even removed stains previously described as "impossible". Nice job and worth the money.

The job went real well. They did above what I asked for. They did more than I had initially asked them for, which I thought was nice. They were very careful about cleaning up, and wore booties. My only problem was that it didn't dry as quickly as I though, but I understand because it was hot outside.

I appreciated the fact that Patrick called the night before to let me me know he would be later than the appointed time. He did a walk through and explained what he would be doing. I had some very serious pet stains which I discovered after I moved a small piece of furniture, and he worked very hard to try to get rid of them. I was very pleased with the result. The job took a long time, but the results were definitely worth it. The stairs, which were pretty dirty, look brand new. I highly recommend Happy Day Carpet Care, and will be calling them to clean my tile in the near future, and to clean the carpet again next year.

Patrick and his co-worker arrived at 9 am, pretreated all stains and worked non-stop until 1 pm. When they were done, the carpet looked as if it had just been installed - every stain was completely removed. And with the applied deodorizer the basement smells great - no more pet odors. This service was not cheap, but their work (and work ethic) is great. They saved me a great deal of money in replacement costs.

They were prompt and professional and did an exceptional job. It took two hours, but the carpet was filthy, as we have a large dog. It honestly looks brand new. They were happy to honor my coupon from Angie's List.

Initially I was called to see if I might change my appt. To a different day. I could not and I was told that they would be late. They were indeed late. HOWEVER, once Patrick got there? He made sure of what needed to be done and gave me options. Of all the times I have had this couch cleaned, Patrick and his assistant worked the hardest and the longest. They thoroughly cleaned that couch! It was amazing! They were worth the wait! I would recommend them to anyone.

Patrick was courteous, responsive and professional. He treated my home like it was his own and wasn't satisfied until I was satisfied. I've already recommended him to others. He responded immediately, made follow-up calls to check on progress; gave other suggestions about things I could do - even pointed out that my dehumidifier was not working. What I appreciated most was that he really took the time to talk to me and explain what he was doing and why. He listened and offered valuable advise. I would absolutely hire him again.

Patrick was timely and efficient. He left the carpet in great condition, and we don't have any issues with mold from the water damage. I would definitely recommend using Happy Day Carpet Care.

He arrived when he said he would and was very careful with his equipment, especially when moving around the house. He was here longer then he estimated to make it right, but did not charge us more. He followed up with a phone call after the job to see if everything was OK.

They were very thorough. They got all of the dog hair off my couch.
