replacement windows, doors
+ 0 moreIt took a little phone tag and the windows took a little longer to come in once they were ordered, but everything was installed well and we are happy with the product and the installation. We would work with Jim again as we continue to upgrade our home.
Description of Work: We replaced 8 large bedroom windows and 2 of our entry doors. They did great work and we are super happy with the quality of the workmanship and the product.

roof cleaning
+ -1 moreThe only issue I had was I wanted it done asap (we were showing the house), and we both found out that as busy as he was, email wasn't the best way to contact him. Once we started talking on the phone, things went really smooth.
Description of Work: I called Jim for an estimate on roof cleaning (the black algae stuff)--we're thinking of selling the house, and I wanted the roof looking clean. He was out the next day and provided a bid that was significantly lower than my other bids. Jim had some scheduling issues that kept up playing phone tag, and although it ended up taking about two weeks to get the work done, he did an excellent job. I would recommend him and will use him in the future for roofing/siding, etc.
