Contract said work would be done in a week or two. It took three months. They did not show up until 10am usually and went home at 4pm. They did not come every day that the weather was good. Some beautiful days, they did not show up at all. They came an average of 2-3 days a week and only had two guys at a time when I was told there would be more when I gave them the job.. They asked if they could leave their big box truck and trailer in the driveway and I said yes thinking it would only be a week or two. Those items were in front of my house almost the entire 3 months. They left oil spots on my driveway and put big ruts in the grass next to the driveway even after I told them to make sure they stayed on the pavement.

Purchased 8 new windows, and had two entry doors installed. They did a great job, the windows are quiet and I love the safety locks. Great job helping us pick windows that fit what we needed and were within our budget.

Met Jeff and partner at a show. Gave them my card. Estimate seemed competitive. Said I could 'take my time' picking a date for install. I wanted to wait a month. Got badgered from the beginning and finally they cornered me into a date. Install date comes and Jeff is on a 'sales seminar' and foreman is nowhere to be seen, installers have no supervision and no experience. Work took twice as long as promised and it looks like I did it MYSELF. Main runs of siding ok, inexperienced installers had major problems in fit and finish. Some boards too long, some too short which they gapped with an INCH of caulk, bad caulk jobs, bad miter corners around windows, gaps in walls, leaking soffit. Home inspector told me they decreased the value of my house. After some haggling, they sent a woman to tear off and replace the fit and finish. She was methodical but got all of the siding work done. 4 months later siding FALLING OFF and freezing in house and builder's lien on property! Email me for info.
