I am writing this to inform you you of my experience with your staff as they worked on my basement this week. They (CJ, Rick, Jake, Nathan, and Antonio) are hard workers who take pride in their work. Rick shoveled the snow at the bottom of my garage door and brought up the garbage and recycling bins and put them back in my garage. Any questions I had were answered politely and without hesitation. They worked together to complete a task and Jake was there to explain any questions I had and make sure his answers were understood. They are polite, professional workers. Thank you.

Had multiple estimates to repair our basement that has had some water and mold problems and we decided to go with everdry and their lifetime warranty. Most companies we had out had very little in the warranty department which made us worried. So far it has been a great investment. No problems in our basement and if we have any questions they are quick to respond and very helpful. It has been a great choice and we are very happy that we went with them.

Crew did the work years ago on our basement and everything has been fantastic. It has held up great and we have had no issues. Everything we have done with this company has been done with professionalism, attention to detail, and care. The crew was polite and friendly and fast. They answered any of the questions that we had and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Everdry did the work a few years ago and everything has still stayed dry since they left. We chose them because of the lifetime warranty they offer. We have not had to use that but it is nice to know that we are protected. We would recommend everdry if you are having any water issues in your basement. It has helped us out a lot.

Everdry analyzed our water issues in our basement and recommended new drain tile system inside and outside . My main issue was in the crawl space. After installing drain tile in the crawl space and inside and outside , we have had no water leakage since 2007. All corners with seepage have been dry. I have asked them numerous times for help with issues and all was covered by warranty including a new sump pump, extra fill in crawl space and monitoring any other issues that appear problematic. They also have provided a way to cover the cost of lifetime warranty without cash expense. The warranty is transferable with sale of home. All excavation is done by hand and is minimally evasive to structures or landscaping.

We had Everdry come and do an inspection on our home because of water in the basement. The sales rep was friendly and laid out our options for us. We decided to go with Everdry because of the reviews and the lifetime warranty. We have been very pleased so far. It has rained 5 times since they left and we have had no issues. Its worth going with everdry for the piece of mind and getting your basement put back together.

Everdry came out and waterproofed my basement a couple years ago and it is still dry. I would highly recommend if you have any problems with water in your basement. Good value and very responsive. The crew was very nice and respectful of my home. We feel very confident leaving the house during a storm now.

Need to ask many questions the workers are very hard-working job well-done FYI they will not replace anything they remove to do the job like concrete and decking this was an inconvenience at the end of the job I have to get that stuff done

I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Everdry and the work they did. 3 days after the work was done we had 5 inches of rain and my basement stayed dry. Mike was an honest sales rep and was not pushy. He told the truth and did not try to scare me. The foreman Karson kept me in the loop at all times asking if I had any questions or concerns. All in all a great job.

Value for the money is most important when have your basement repaired/waterproofed. Everydry's transferrable warranty really puts money back in your pocket. I live in New Berlin, which is arguably the basement repair capital of Wisconsin. Why builders weren't sued for their backfilling techniques is beyond me, but another subject. Bottomline is if you want peace of mind, go with Everdry. When it comes time to sell your home, you will have the confidence that your home inspection will pass with flying colors. It's dirty job, and Everydry does it well.

Everdry did a beautiful job adding support beams to my basement wall. They were quick, clean, professional and very knowledgeable. Eddie and Franklin took the time to explain their work. Kyle was available at all times for my questions.

Very messy project, but knowing that my basement won’t leak is wonderful! They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves!

We knew them to be the best already by reputation. We were very pleased with the price and happy we could be worked into the schedule. We are confident that this step-- although very expensive will protect and enhance the value of our home.

Dealing with the staff that answers the phones was difficult. Once we got past that point we were extremely pleased with the large group of guys that did the work at the house. We had cracks in our basement walls and walls that were being pushed in. They dug up around the walls both inside and out in the middle of January. We now have steel beams on two walls and no water in the basement. The guys that came to the house were considerate, courteous, explained what and how they were doing things, and answered all our questions. They respected our home as if it was their own. Once the work was done it was hard to tell they were even here (except of course for the now straight walls and dry basement). We strongly recommend this company.

This is a great company, even though I was not financially ready to have the work done when I am ready they will be the first people I call.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It has been 7 weeks and they still have not fixed their sloppy incomplete work. Their customer service from every person that works there horrendous. They messed up the job . I have had to take off work 4 different days from work AFTER they "completed" the not yet complete job. . They laid drain tiles over the top of the main drain pipe instead of going around the perimeter of my basement as required. My drain pipe collapsed. It took them weeks to get it fixed so I could use my laundry, dishwasher and kitchen sink. My outside walls are damaged and exposed and now covered in snow. There are several spots in the basement that were never completed. I was told at the end of the initial job that they would only complete those spots if there was a warranty issue. Now I am told they should have been completed in the first place. No one returns phone calls. No one returns emails. The only time they appear to want to talk to you is before you sign the contract and then again when they want you to write the check. The last time I had contact with the service manager, he told me he would check with the office to confirm a return date for completion and call me the next day. That was weeks ago. I have to take off again on DECEMBER 10 (unconfirmed because no one will call me back) for POSSIBLE completion of job that was originally scheduled for SEPTEMBER 9.

Scheduled them a week ago. ?Make sure both husband and wife are present,? they said. 20 min before appointment they called and cancelled. I had skipped a work opportunity of my own to be there. Not very professional.

EverDry really stands behind their word. They worked on our basement about 4 years ago and recently I noticed some discoloration in the corner on the cement block. I called customer service and they responded quickly. Their service guy, Ed, is all about getting it right, and this time was no exception. If you want peace of mind and quality work, call EverDry. My husband and I contacted Everdry because we had a basketball size hole in our basement wall and our rodent contractor was not happy servicing us with the hole that a raccoon could enter. The salesperson was nice and came out to our house in the evening and was very convincing that their solution would be the end of our issues. He said they would dig 6 feet down all around the outside of our house and seal it up and then put drain tile in the inside to a sub-pump. We felt good about the price that we were being charged for the amount of work that was going to be done. The Only thing is, once the foreman came to the site, the scope of work changed. Instead of digging 6 feet down all the way around, they only dug 3 feet at the most because of the way our house was situated on the site. The foreman felt it would be better to do it in a different way than that we were sold. So there is approximately 300 square feet of tar and other materials that we were charged for that was never used at least at our house. Also, a large section of the back of the house was not done because we had a deck. Felt extremely ripped off by this and still do. The scope of work changed and so, therefore, the price should have changed but it did not. The work was done in spring 2018. In Spring 2019, we are still getting water in our basement. I have had three different appointments with the service department and they only have shown up once. When they do not show up they do not call to tell you so you could do something else. They call late the day before or day of and want to reschedule the appointment. I have left messages for the service department and only one was ever returned. The person who did not show this last time was a service manager.

Prompt and effecient with time?

extremely high quote 3 times higher than others did not properly identify problem..they do offer a lifetime warranty if you pay 25 a year but cost of repair is way out of line
