When first I was introduced, by a phone call in the morning, to Ben, Anthony and Chris they were 20 minutes away. I received this call each morning there was still work, to be done, I knew these young men had what it takes to succeed. Once they all arrived, Ben and Anthony went through introductions and the work detail. We had a good handshake and they got to work. I was so impressed with these young men that It gave me hope for our country and next generations. While this generation of millennials sits around moping and causing disturbance because they all want to be taken care of while not working or doing anything for it. These fine young men told me in their actions that this is not the majority and America still has hope. Our young men do want to work, they do want to take control of their lives, they do love this country. After all the fake news media suggests, these young men say something different. They remind me of me when I was a young man. I am very pleased with these young men's work ethic. Not afraid to own it, take responsibility and own it. EverDry you have some very exceptional folks working for you. I am so impressed with Anthony, the next up and coming foreman, Im not sure if I got the position stated correctly, however, I am proud to say this young man has potential. And I must say, that it isnt fair to call out just one of your crew, Ben and Chris just drive it all home. The next day the crew was even bigger, then came Christian, Mariontae, and Hector. Watching these men work, it was difficult at time to know who was in charge. Because they all worked so well together, like a fine tuned machine. Each man, Ben, Anthony, Chris, Christian, Hector, Mariontae, all took ownership, took responsibility, did above what each could do, helping, assisting, driving it home. It reminded me of when I was in the military where generally a man leaves his childish ways and gains wisdom and respect for himself. I am glad to have hired EverDry for my foundation repairs. I am so confident in the workmanship and quality of work, as seen in the conduct and performance of these fine young men. EverDry, this is to you. Keep these people, these men. Retain them and keep them driving and striving for the better. These fine men, I can say, do not let you down, please do not let them down. Im going to miss them coming to the house. I know, funny, but the comradely, the good nature, it felt like family, these guys Anthony, Ben and Chris, Hector, Christian, Mariontae, remind me of my brothers. I wish they lived down the street. I love my basement now. It is now livable space. my grandson will love his room, entertainment room, workout room. If you want a dry basement for life, call EverDry. Cannot say enough of how happy I was to work with this company in the end. The Everdry team walked us through the entire process of what was wrong with our basement/foundation and how to resolve the issues. Every individual that I worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work that was to be done. They even made sure to save the flower beds around the house. In the end the project was completed ahead of schedule and the solution seems to be working. An added bonus is that I now have peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong in the basement I have a lifetime warranty with Everdry. Even when I decide to move, the warranty can be transferred to the new homeowner. A win-win situation all the way around, I received piece of mind and increased the value of my home all at once. UPDATE 6/5/2019// Inspection - Waterproofing Everdry did and has done a fantastic job with the waterproofing of my old basement (home was built in 1903) and providing exceptional customer service in the process. When we called Everdry, our basement had a myriad of problems. Water was leaking in, cracks had formed in the foundation and walls, and mold had developed as well. Within a few days of work, the Everdry team had put in drain tile, fixed the cracks, tarred the exterior walls, moved our sump pump, and installed a ventilation system that has effectively made our basement hundreds of times drier. Everdry even came out to check the progress of the drain tile months later and did more work, that took 2 hours, without any problem to make sure the basement remained as dry as possible. While the price tag for fixing the basement was steep in my opinion the customer service, lifetime warranty, and the extensive outline of how to resolve our basement issues won us over. I would recommend Everdry again if you hope to have permanent results.

The Technicians did a fantastic job for us. The mold was abated and the repairs were done in an excellent and timely manner.

The water in my basement seems to have been solved. Explanation of the system and how it works was excellent. Very responsive to issues and concerns minus cleaning after the project. Make sure they have a plan to clean up after they are done with the project. I have to hire another service for about $500 to clean all the cement dust, dirt and glass left from the work.

Had complete system installed. Took 5 days. More work than they could do in that time. Special instructions were not followed, but were agreed to. Sales person took pre-pictures, said everything would be replaced as found. In their rush to get done. The clean up was terrible. Things they broke, not repaired, removed A/C unit still not hooked up. Had a theft, has not been handled, natural gas leak not addressed, and still getting water in basement. I paid in full at the end of fifth day in good faith issues would be taken care of. Guess I should have waited till work was complete.

They have been very professional with me. If this works and only time will tell, I think it is an excellent investment. Although costly.

The person who came in to to check what was going on was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly, explained what was happening and then told me what they had to do to stop my water leak. I new and understood exactly what they were going to do. The men who came in to do the work were also very polite and great. They did the work and it only took a little over and hour and the leak was fixed. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me the work they had done. I am very happy with the work done and my basement no longer leaks

Extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. Quickly completed ( 2 days), clean up was perfect. Peace of mind with warranty a huge plus. Highly recommend for anyone with a wet basement issue.

Courteous and careful crew. Daily updates of the work to be performed, continuous checking by job foreman and his supervisor, minimum disruption to both inside and outside the house. Addressed any issues that arose with myself and foundation work completed in less time than expected. Considering the work involved less traumatic than I had anticipated.

Had Everdry redo my basement due to water entering at the bottom of the South wall. They came and dug all around the house by hand so there was no heavy equipment to tear up a lawn. A tar like material and plastic sheeting to waterproof the out side walls and outside drain tiles were installed. The inside drain tiles were replaced and all were connected to a new sump pump crock and sump pump. This was done over 20 years ago and no water problems since. The work was done in a week without much disruption of our life. They have replaced my sump pump under their service agreement at no cost. That alone is worth the yearly price of the agreement. It can also be transferred to a new owner whenever I decide to sell the house. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for basement repairs.

Like most construction project there were issues. Overall the work was done in an appropriate manner and when the basement leaked a few weeks later (Spring 2008) they did replace my carpet and help with clean up after an extensive disagreement with manager.

The team was able to point out other issues that contributed to my basement flooding. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our contract with Everdry is a legacy arrangement through the previous homeowner. We pay a modest sum each year to continue the relationship. Last winter our sump pumps were beginning to fail and I contacted Everdry to see what can be done to repair the problem. Much to my delight I found that under our contract, these sump pumps would be replaced under the arrangement with no other additional charges. The repairs were made in less than a week at my convenience, and the servce professional could not have been more accomodating or knowledgeable. i wholeheartedly would recommend Everdry for new repairs or in a maintenance contract.!

Jay was GREAT! He assessed my basement and told me there was NO problem. Other contractors gave me $2000 quotes. Jay said the cracks were normal and the water discolorations we old. He also noticed my sum pump was unplugged and may need replacing. Great people!

Outstanding work from start to finish. Kept us in the loop the whole way. Fantastic customer service and even helped us obtain a loan. Home Loan Bank is really a great bunch of people to work with as well. Very easy transaction work completed in 2 days and quality people working for the company! Brad our foreman rocked! We have had water come into our basement for the past 20 years, we called Everdry and they waterproofed the outside of our walls. It worked great! We never have water enter the basement now! There was a spot that started to show some signs of water but Everdry came back out fixed that spot and we haven't seen water in the basement in three years! We would highly recommend them to anyone!
