E-Z Window Cleaning

We have between 60-70 windows on our home and they cleaned them inside and out, plus wiped down the screens. I had removed the screens and the removable wooden grids before they arrived. After they cleaned the windows, they replaced the screens and grids. That saved me a lot of time. Many of my neighbors also use this company and I will use them again, too.

Mike gave us an estimate as to the cost for what we wanted done. He was on time and very personable. The job was completed in a professional manner. The workers were thorough and and easy to work with. It was helpful to have the storm windows carried to the basement. All in all, it was a positive experience and we would hire them again.

The do a great job! They're very personable. They suggest if you have issues to call them back and they'll redo them. They seem to have a good crew of people that they can trust to go into people's homes. Jason said they wouldn't hire anyone they wouldn't want in their own home. I felt very comfortable with the crew in my home.

The crew of three arrived on time (actually early) and were very neat (removed their shoes when they came inside). The windows are sparkling. Michael came over when the job was complete and inspected every window before he allowed the crew to leave.

They were very professional and prompt. Our house has a lot of wood windows with the mullions, and they did a great job getting all the individual panes. We'll definitely use them again.

Michael and Ben did an outstanding job carefully removing the storms and screens and cleaning our windows. When others say..."we don't do windows"...they certainly do!! Our house looks fantastic! This is a highly competent business owner, who cares about pleasing his customers. Reasonably priced and worth every penny...We highly recommend them and will definitely call them next time we need our windows cleaned.

Two people arrived on time and started working with not much help, had to point out a couple of sills to be cleaned better, but other than that, job was well done. They even spent some time talking through some potential issues with a window that was leaking and had some recommendations on fixing it as well.

Two young men performed the work neatly. I compared the cost with my daughter in a northwest suburb of Chicago who has a two-story house with walk-out basement, making it three stories on that side, but no storms or screens on most of the house. I feel I got a fair price. The windows gleam and I am very pleased. I would hire the company again.

The team of three people did the work quickly and professionally. They showed up exactly on time and finished in just over two hours. Absolutely no mess left behind. They were polite and unobtrusive.

Michael was very quick to return my initial inquiry and followed up with a quote on our house within his promised time frame. The team sent the day of cleaning arrived a little later than expected, however the work was completed on time as a second team arrived to help finish up. The owners came in and I found them to be very friendly. The went right to work and did a very good job. I also received recommendations about my windows since they could tell that the seals on the windows were broken. They were courteous and did the job quickly. Overall the job was to my satisfaction.

The Job went very well. They were easy to contact to set up an appt for an estimate. They were able to do the estimate w/o me at home. It was no problem setting up a time to clean. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. Did a wonderful job, I noticed a difference immediately in how much sunshine was coming through the windows. Very fast; took only 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do the whole house.

I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. Not only did they clean the windows, but they brought lunch back from McDonald's for my son on their break. I was also given the name of a good painter to re-do our woodwork around the windows. I cannot describe how much it meant when they went out of their way to play with our dog and talk with my son who has special needs. They even replaced batteries in our power rise window treatments. I will not hesitate to hire them again and will be a life long customer.

Michael and his team are very easy to work with and very professional. They did a great job and were concerned about the details. I have very difficult windows to clean and they took the time to do the job correctly. They arrived when they said they would and left the house looking much better than when they got here! We received a prompt response to our initial call. That was follow up by a quote and the work was then completed within a week of our initial inquiry. The work was very well done. We are already scheduled to have additional work performed this fall.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND RESPONSIVE, BUT I DECIDED TO GO WITH MY OLD WINDOW WASHER. THE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE.
