They were quick and professional. They included the skylights, which was a differentiator for them. Price was competitive. Our screens were dirty, and it would have been better if they had carried a portable vacuum so they wouldn't leave the 'lint' created by just wiping them off, behind. But, overall, very satisfied. Would use them again.

What a quick easy experience. Called for a quote. Michael came same day and emailed me a quote that evening. I scheduled the work. Michael called me the day before to remind me of the appointment. Michael, Pattrick & Johnathan showed up on time and got right to work. The guys were friendly to the whole family and the dogs. They methodically went through and around the house doing a superb job on every window. When done they packed up and left.

Ryan and Juan Carlos arrived right on time and got to work immediately, removing windows and screens and cleaning all. They worked steadily and were very professional, checking with me to confirm areas we wanted done. At the end of the job, I was taken on a walkthrough to check the work . This was a great window cleaning experience and I would recommend it highly.

GREAT JOB, Great Customer follow up service. Michael is very fast to respond and highly believes in customer service. With all the rain that we had I asked to re-schedule a couple of times and each time I was treated nicely and there was no attitude or frustration on their side. Once the day was finally set (still rain in forecast) Michael assured me that if it rained and I had windows that needed to be redone they would come out. His workers (Cassidy & Steve?) were friendly, fast and efficient. When we did a customer walk through, at the end, Steve found a few spots they missed and quickly wiped them away. Of course it rained last week and I found 2 windows that got spotted. I called and Michael sent someone out within a few days. Highly recommend that you use this company, they stand by what they tell you.

I thought the guys did a great job! I was pleased with both the response time of coming to my home to provide an estimate as well as the quick scheduling of the job. Due to a conflict in my schedule, I had to reschedule the original job date of which they were very accomodative. They not only clean the glass, they also open all of the windows to clean the sills. Michael was very personable and I would highly recommend his company.

The man who gave me the estimate and scheduled the service was prompt, polite and efficient. The workers were a pleasure to have in my home. One of the gentlemen even cleaned my mirrors without even being asked. What a great guy and a fine company.

They arrived promptly, did all the work agreed to in addition to some extra dusting I requested while they were here with a big ladder. They put everything back where they found it and did a great job. They also called back the next day to check on the work. Very nice and professional.

Good experience all around with excellent follow-through ! I called for an estimate and they came the next day. We set up an appointment for 2 weeks later. They said they would call the day before the work was scheduled and they did. It was raining lightly the next day (of course) but they called to see if we still wished to have them come or if they should reschedule. Workers were very polite and professional, listened to my requests for which windows to clean, and did a wonderful job despite the on-and-off rain.

We have A LOT of leaded windows and they did a fantastic job of cleaning each pane. They also took a lot of care in not breaking any glass, which is old and thin. We had just moved into the house and weren't sure of the screen and storm storage. They helped organize it all and set up a system to make it easier in the future.

They came to do the work on very short notice and did a great job.

3 young men washed all the windows & doors. Were very pleasant & helpful. They worked diligently and finished in 3 hours, that was fast, considering our house is 2 story and has 24 windows & 4 doors. I am very happy, my windows never looked so good.

They were very good. They were easy to work with. They came out on time. They did a good job cleaning it inside and out. I think they are a little expensive when compared to my previous service provider, but I also think it was more realistic considering the fact that I have more windows then any average homes and that they all are of double-hung french style.

The experience was good. It was wintertime so they decided to clean the inside of the windows first and then come the next day and do the outside windows. He called back to see if the crew did a good job and I was happy with that concern.

They were professional. My daughter was asleep in the bedroom when they were washing the windows and they came back at another time to do that window. I am satisfied with their work. They cleaned up after themselves.

There was a small "blip" in the process of my window cleaning, however Mike and Partner (Owners) were very responsive to my needs and the job they did on the windows was impeccable. I am very impressed with the final product. I am also impressed with the owner's superb customer service and integrity. I am glad I found this company through Angie's list and plan to use them again and again.

The two workers were polite and hardworking. We have a variety of types of windows, and some that are hard to reach. The workers did a good job on all windows. They took a while to finish, with just two workers working carefully, but I am very pleased with the results. They worked carefully around a painter in one room. I would use this company again.
