E-Z Window Cleaning

I'm very happy with the results! The guys did a walk through with me after the work was done and did minor touch ups as needed. If you are looking for a good company to wash your windows this is it! I will definitely use them again for the next cleaning.

First, I had a very pleasant experience on the telephone when I called to get an estimate. The person was very professional and very courteous. Someone came to survey the number and type of windows without needing to have me home, and I had an estimate that same afternoon. It was refreshing to have someone so responsive and do what they said they would do and call back. On the day of the window cleaning, the fabulous team of Jorge and Keith showed up on time, dressed cleanly and professionally. They were polite, personable, and very efficient. They listened carefully to my requests and washed all my windows, inside and out, in a very short time. They even washed the windows on my storm doors and the window sills. They also told me to be sure to call back if I saw any streaks when the sun shone through the windows the next day. Needless to say, the windows were spotless and streak-free. They have never looked so good! I will definitely be calling E-Z Window Cleaning again, and I hope to have the team of Jorge and Keith return.

It went fine. It was an extremely hot day when they came to work and the supervisor came to check on the workers mid-day and bring them extra water. That impressed me. They missed one section of windows, but came back right away when we let them know.

Three men arrived right on time. When they saw the work involved, they sent for another two men. So the crew of five worked from 8am to 4:30pm and did a splendid job They were friendly,helpful and polite. I will definitely use this company again.

My initial call was returned promptly. E-Z had someone out giving me an estimate the next day. The price was very resonable. They had a cancellation so I was able to get my windows cleaned within two days. Patrick and Juan arrived on time, were very professional and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend E-Z clean. I will use there services twice a year from now on.

This was the 2nd time we used EZ Windows and they again delivered a very happy experience. Our windows our sparkling inside and out. The crew was meticulous in carefully moving and protecting furnishings. They were extremely polite and friendly too. Scheduling was super easy. They had a quote on file for servicing us and I just emailed to let them know we were ready. When I had to cancel at the last minute they took it in stride and rescheduled. This is a great company and having dazzling windows is wonderful!

Two men arrived promptly as scheduled. They had all the necessary tools and equipment, took their shoes off when in my home and were very polite. They worked steadily and had a "system" between the two of them to complete the job. They encouraged me to call if I found anything needing to be re-done and I received an email two days later from the company with follow up questions and my opinion about the quality of the work and business practices.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. This was our first professional window cleaning, and it definitely won't be our last. I had no idea what a difference professionally cleaned windows can make. Our entire home is sparkling, fresher and prettier both outside and in. Getting a quote and scheduling the job with EZ was smooth and simple. Their estimator even suggested ways to trim the cost. The crew did a great cleaning job despite having to work around overgrown brush outside and clutter inside. Every single person involved from EZ was pleasant and easy to work with. What a great company, what a great experience!

Very good job. They even cleaned some downstairs windows on all sides. I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They are pleasant and professional which is a big plus for me.

Everything was excellent. It was beyond my expectations. They cleaned all of my windows. They cleaned inside and out. They took the apart, cleaned the window seals and all that stuff. They were very concerned about doing a perfect job and that we were completely satisfied. I really checked their work and made sure that they did not mess anything up. They made sure to protect my carpet, my wood work and they didn't leave a mess. they made sure they did not trample on the flowers. They just has total all around care for my property. They did a high quality job. It was a good experience. I think it was a good price for what they did. The team that came out was Ryan and Ron. I recommend those guys all the time. They worked hard. I do continue to use them.

Overall good work. Had to call them back for a few touchups (at no charge). My windows were casement windows and I made sure they cleaned the tracks of each one. Would use them again.

I don't use them anymore because I don't live there, but they were great. They were really prompt and never left a mess.

Spectacular work, spectacular customer service! The E-Z crew cleaned the windows of my entire home, inside and out. The job was a little more difficult than originally anticipated, but they stuck to the quote. Most importantly, they were polite and professional . . . and my windows literally sparkle. I'm not one to gush about anything, but I feel like I should right now because their work has made a world of difference in my home. I can't say enough.

I got their name from Angie's List and this is the second year that I have used them. I think that Michael Cornish is the owner of the company. I know that they do other things such as power washing houses. He is very responsive and his crew is extremely professional. We have two dogs and a cat and they are really good with the animals. Our dogs tend to follow people around and they are so good with the dogs. They are extremely respectful of your home and take care to move things out of the way and put drop cloths down while cleaning the windows in the house. They are really good in that respect. We have a large house with lots of windows and their price is extremely reasonable. They come exactly at the scheduled time or a bit earlier but they are not late. They take the cobwebs out, open up the windows and wash them out. I have used them three times and we get different crews each time, and every single one of them seems to get even better every time. They are really nice and pleasant workers. I give them the highest ratings across the board. We will be using them again in the fall.

The service men were very professional and polite. They got right to work and did a beautiful job. They made sure that I was satisfied with the job before they left, and assured me they would return if I found anything that wasn't done to my satisfaction.

They arrived on time. Very polite and neat. Supervisor physically visited and checked in on them to make sure the job was being done right. Crew of 3 here for most of the day - lots of windows here. They did a great job and were very careful. Got a follow up call from the office the next day to make sure we were satisfied. This was a great service experience.The house seems so much brighter now.
