It went really well and they are really good.

The quality of the masonry work and millwork is outstanding, however, the floors squeak so badly that it sounds like the second story is going to collapse if anyone is upstairs. The finishing of the woodwork was so poorly done that the finish literally washed off with a damp cloth. I did not use the builders painters, so when they came in to spray varnish the woodwork, they never instructed me to tape off the freshly painted walls and they had overspray on every wall requiring every room to be repainted. I paid for upgraded carpet and don't believe it was received. The carpet was garbage and buckled severely. Additionally, they didn't cover the carpet after it was installed and the workers badly stained and soiled it and claimed it was my responsibility to cover. Instruction for countertops was ignored and wood edging was varnished with pencil marks still present. They provide the home "broom swept" and it was so filthy that it took a professional cleaning crew 2 full days before the house could be moved into. Concrete in the garage scaled and flaked off after 1 year. Then the icing on the cake was that the expediter pooped in my toilet and left it unflushed because he didn't like me. Overall, I like the style of my Belman home, but would never build with them again.
