Completely terrible.. I spoke with Dick in mid September and discussed the scope of the job and agreed on a price. they didn't start it as said instead about 2 to 3 weeks later I met his assistant one day at noon like discussed and he asked if i would be around i said i had things to do i said i could let him in but he wanted to leave to meet dick for lunch so i gave him a key and they returned to work about an hour later and when i spoke to dick all he basically said was bring money and this is after he had been paid 1500 upfront and nothing really had been done by the time i got back about 4 hrs later they were both gone and left with my house key the next time they were supposed to show he did not show when they said then i got a call from bob saying he was there and the key i gave him did not work mind you this is the key i used every day for 2 years and i was there working all weekend and no one ever showed i called dick to tell him in which all he did is basically shrug it off and told me there would be there on the following Monday so i met them on that Monday and bob brought a totally different key than was giving to him and basically acted like that was the key i gave them and that it never worked, where i explained that the day i gave them the key they used it to get in that day,he ended up producing the correct key the time they came after that which led me to believe that that was just an excuse so he didn't have to show that day they at most would only show up no more than 2 times a week for no more than 3 to 6 hrs originally it was discussed that the job was supposed to be done mid to the end of November, it is now the end of December and only about a 1/3 of the work is completed and i have not heard or seen from them in 11 days and they only worked at most 10 hrs in the last 34 days dick has basically left most of the work up to his assistant Bob and neither of them are very punctual nor very clear as to when they would be back after each time the would show they kinda just came and went when ever they felt like working they were paid 2000.00 to date and my house sits with only about a 1/3 of the work done i have changed my locks and will be looking for someone else to complete the work they seam like very nice people, and the 2 prior jobs he did for my business went okay on the pricey side but were done in a timely manner but as far as my house there was no communication and i did not feel like it was my job to constantly nag or call to get them to complete what they were hired to do 3 months went by this job could of been done 4 times he even went on vacation in the middle of the job without even saying a word andwhen i talked to him he told me he would return on the 10th of dec and be back to start the water lines and now its the 21st and i have yet to hear from either of them

The experience was great! I was really impressed. I called him and told him the situation, and that we only had one other toilet that was down-stairs. He came out that day to fix the problem.

We called them and they were one of the few people that called back. He came immediately after I called. He did the work and he did the work quickly and he was gone.

DJ and his assistant Bob were courteous, prompt and thorough. They completed the job in a timely manner and returned for a problem that was unrelated to the work they had done and did not charge us for the service call.
