Description of Work: Cox plumbing came out to our home on the same day we called. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us additional information about our water heater. They were friendly, prompt, and fair in price. Thank you. We will definetely call them in the future.

Description of Work: Cox Plumbing installed a new tub/shower unit and fixed the related plumbing as well as two toilets, two new outdoor faucets (in addition to new plumbing and access panels), and a few other items which are now escaping my memory. They are prompt, courteous, and excellent. The other day, when the painters accidentally disconnected the water hose from our refrigerator, I called Cox, and they were over within an hour. We'd had a major sewer back up last summer, and they knew how important keeping the basement dry was to me (and they were very helpful when that happened as well). I would and will call them for all future plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: No services were performed at this time since they never showed up for the job. We had contacted them a week in advance and scheduled an appointment. We waited approximately two hours in case they had run into a "snag" at another job. When we contacted Cox we were told that we should have had someone come out because we were first on the list of "to do's" but now they were too busy and maybe they could stick us in somewhere. We told them to forget about coming out. The receptionist was very rude regarding this matter. What is so frustrating is that we had been a customer of Cox Plumbing for well over 14 years and for them to treat a long standing customer that way is wrong!!
