They were efficient. They came on time. Their estimate was accurate. I like them very much. I have used them in the past, too, several years ago.

They did a great job. They moved everything in the house to about 40 miles. They showed up on time. They were great; we have used them twice already.

Our guys worked very hard and were very polite and personable. The only thing I didn't like was that they push for tips a bit much! But they worked for every penny!

This is the second time I have used Bluemound and the second time they have done a great job. They arrived on time with two crews and had the move complete in 8 hours. They took back and refunded the cost of our unused packing supplies.

They were on time and did a good job of moving our furniture out but complained that we should have requested 3 movers. They were careful and did not damage anything. When we arrived at the storage unit, I asked them to leave isles so we could get at things but they seemed to be more concerned about getting done than what we wanted. This is too bad because they were good movers but having everything stacked from the back with no way to get at things has caused us problems.

Overall it went very poor. The 3 man crew, did not bring a big enough truck. I called 2 times before the date to make sure the truck would be big enough. The crew did not prep the floors or carpet. They took apart furniture without telling me and did not label or bundle it to ensure it would come back to us the way it went out. The crew leader did inventory all belongings. The delivery of our belongs to our new home was a nightmare. The crew again, was not going to prep the floors and it was pouring. After my request they did prep them. They smoked on my property, the leader took many breaks. They had many excuses for requests and questions posed. We had shelves that were brought back not put together and the leader wanted nothing to do with correcting the situation. They also wanted to charge me for 45 minutes of their time wasted trying to put the shelves back together. The owner, passes off my call to a very rude manager named Chris. I would recommend going with reputable company.

WE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE. HE COMPLAINED FROM THE TIME HE GOT TO OUR OLD HOUSE UNTIL HE LEFT THE NEW HOUSE. HE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SIZE OF MY FURNITURE, THE STAIRS, EVERYTHING. HE MADE RUDE COMMENTS WHEN HE THOUGHT NO ONE WAS AROUND. HE RIPPED OUR NEW KING SIZE MATTRESS, PUT TAPE ON IT AND TRIED TO HIDE IT. THE MATTRESS SET COST US $2500.00 IN APRIL 06. ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER, THE DAMAGE HAS COMPLETELY VOIDED THE THE 20 YEAR WARRANTY DUE TO ABUSE. AS SOON AS WE DISCOVERED THE MATTRESS DAMAGE I CALLED BLUEMOUND. I'VE HAD NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS WITH SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS. THEY EVEN CALLED THE MATTRESS VENDOR TO VERIFY THE WARRANTY HAD BEEN VOIDED BUT THE VANDERBLOOMS ARE STILL REFUSING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND REPLACE THE MATTRESS OR REFUND THE COST OF MY MOVE. THE OWNER RICK VANDERBOOM TOLD ME THAT EVEN IF I HAD TAKEN THE EXTRA INSURANCE OPTION THE MATTRESS WOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN SEWN WHICH WOULD STILL LEAVE ME WITHOUT A WARRANTY.

Glen and Daryl, the two men that moved me, did a very good job. Neither residence nor my furniture was damaged. My new residence is not mover friendly. They moved two heavy pieces of furniture to the second floor without incident.

The team was timely, courteous and helpful in moving furniture around. In fact, John on the team was kind enough to come back and put a chair back together, because the legs couldn't fit through the doorway.

A 3-man crew showed up at 8:30 on a Friday morning & all belongings, etc. were in the new house before 2 pm that afternoon with a 30 minute lunch break & travel time included. They were able to find room for some items I'd forgotten to mention earlier (doghouse, windmill, lawn mower). They also moved a very heavy pot-bellied stove out of the basement & into the garage for trash pickup. I paid the extra $50 for insurance coverage but didn't need it. No damage whatsoever.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS MUCH MORE ACCURATE THAN OTHER MOVERS I'VE USED, AND ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT WHEN AND WHERE CAME OFF WITHOUT A HITCH, GREAT COMMUNICATION. THE PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH THE OTHER COMPANIES I HAD BID THE JOB. WITHOUT BEING ASKED, THE MOVERS TOOK SPECIAL CARE OF ANTIQUE AND HIGH QUALITY WOOD FURNITURE, SHRINK WRAPPED ALL UPHOLSTERED PIECES, AND PACKED FRAGILE ITEMS WITH EXTREME CARE. THE MOVERS WERE COURTEOUS, QUICK, CAREFUL AND OBVIOUSLY WELL TRAINED AND/OR WELL EXPERIENCED. ESPECIALLY ON THE UNLOADING DAY, THEY MAINTAINED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM OVER A LONG DAY, INCLUDING MOVING BIG STUFF UP A TINY STAIRWAY, AND NEVER SLOWED DOWN. THEY ASKED SMART QUESTIONS AND MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS. I HAVE HAD MORE VAN LINE MOVES THAN I CARE TO COUNT (INCLUDING 2 OTHER MOVERS ON THE LIST) AND THIS WAS THE BEST, HANDS DOWN. I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEFORE I FOUND IT ON THE LIST AND I AM SO GLAD I TRUSTED THE LIST RATINGS. IT'S A RATED AND NOW I KNOW WHY!

WE HAD TWO ITEMS BROKEN; A BOTTLE OF LIQUOR AND A SAUCER. WE REQUESTED THEM TO TAKE BACK ONE ITEM FROM NEW LOCATION TO OLD LOCATION AND THEY VERY WILLINGLY DID THIS.
