Awesome Experience! We just moved into a new home and needed shades for our bedrooms and the kitchen. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were overwhelmed by all the choices. Enter Mary - she was able to help us navigate all the choices and educated us on the features of each kind of fabric and shade. She provided us with options without being pushy and quoted each one so we would have an idea of the cost. We really appreciated that and never felt like she was just interested in the 'sale'. We found exactly what we wanted. Mary was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. She always got back to us the same day. We opted to do the install ourselves, but she made sure to let us know that she was available by phone to do any troubleshooting that might occur. She followed up on all calls promptly, and checked in to make sure that we loved our shades - which we do! Would highly recommend Mary at Bazaar Home Decorating!!!

Purchase and installation of 4 blinds. One blind was for 3 windows. Previously we had 1 blind for each of the 3 blinds. Was told couldn't do that by sales person. When they were.installing the blinds, the installers said it could of been done. In October of 2017, I took the blind in because it would not go up any longer. They told me it was a very heavy blind, implying that the weight caused it. They fixed it. It worked fine until June of 2018, it started not go up all the way. I took it in and they fixed it. It worked fine for less then 2 months. It starting against not stay up. When raised to the top it immediately drops down approximately 12 inches. I will never use the again. Hopefully I can find 3 small blinds the same color to match the other 3 in the room. I will never use them again

Wonderful experience. Robin the designer was amazing with help picking fabric to suggestions for details on the shade. The installer was amazing. Have used them in the past with the same results. Very happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were in need of shades for some windows and our patio door. Whenever my husband and I consider a home improvement project, we get three estimates. We already had our three, but on a whim I decided to stop in at Bazaar. Their showroom is close to my office, and I used to go there with some regularity when I was doing my own sewing projects. They always had a nice selection of products but I felt that the sales staff was somewhat on the unhelpful side and didn't go out of their way to assist a customer. We also had them put up some vertical blinds for us many years ago and we had an installer with a pretty bad attitude. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in this time. I was approached by Mary T., one of their sales consultants, and she couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were fairly decided on what we wanted, so Mary showed me a couple of their options, made some recommendations and gave us a quote. Her quote was less than the others we had by a couple of hundred dollars, with comparable quality. Mary came out within a few days to measure. She was efficient, answered all of our questions and helped with the all-important final color selection. We felt completely satisfied with our decision to use Bazaar and placed our order. Several weeks later, someone from Bazaar called our home number to let us know our shades were in and that we should call to arrange an installation date. My husband emailed me at work with that information, and his email went into my junk mail. Not knowing that the message was there, I coincidentally thought I would call Bazaar to follow up on our order because we were close to the estimated delivery date. I was taken aback by the attitude of the woman (Patrice) who took my call. She seemed to want to fault me because I didn't know that she had already called us and was condescending, as if my phone call was bothering her. She made me think of my previous experiences at Bazaar. If our shades hadn't already been partially paid for, and if we'd had the option, we would've cancelled our order then and there because of her. I told her I would call back to schedule a date. I called back later and Patrice answered - I asked to be transferred directly to the owner and told her about my earlier phone experience. She apologized for her employee and thanked me for letting her know about the situation. I worked with her to set-up our install date. I thought this would be a good time to bring up our previous installation and request that Bazaar send someone different this time. The owner immediately knew to whom I was referring and assured us that he was no longer working for them and hadn't been for some time. Installation day came, the installer was right on time and did a great job. He was friendly, and like Mary, was very efficient. It took him no more than an hour to put up all three shades. We're very happy with the end result - the color is perfect, and the window treatments make our rooms look finished. We gave a grade of "F" for professionalism only because of our incident with Patrice. Mary and the installer and the owner were all very professional.

I found this provider to be a good resource. Selection of my window treatments went quickly, but I didn't feel rushed. I called with additional questions and was promptly answered. Other family members have used this provider in the past and I would recommend their service to others.

Since no follow-up was made, the shades were ordered from someone else. I really liked the business and the person who helped me. In the future, when there's more time, I would try them again. For this time, I just couldn't wait.

Bazaar was there as promised on the day we asked them to and they were successful with all the blinds. The trouble started with our drapes. First, the vendor they used to do the cleaning was 2 days late with their part of the work so bazaar had to make a second trip to do the install of the drapes. Most of them went up well, except for one set. These were hung two inches too high so floor length drapes are now too far off the floor. Also, the tops of these were never properly tacked to the wall so they droop. The owner Cheryl promised to talk with the installers and get back to us with a solution but we never heard from them again. I would not recommend their work.

Provided and installed all our window blinds since the 1970's.....did a great job.

Everything went perfect and the staff was outstanding, a breath of fresh air!!

I indicated that I really could use help making sure I was ordering enough fabric and lining up the repeat and Michelle provided tips and took the time to explain. I could order the same fabric from online providers and it may even be less expensive - but I continue to go to Bazaar for the expertise and friendly service.

I will never go back there again!!!

She showed up on time, spent time with me, gave me ideas, and ordered a blind for me. Very professional and helpful. She followed through months later to find out if I needed any more blinds. I would definitely use them again.

it went well. I have used them before and while they are not cheap they do good work and I will continue to use them.

Very nice people. We had an issue with one order and it took a number of phone calls to get it fixed but they did stand behind their products and fix it. We've used them for three houses of window treatment and they have good prices and knowledgeable staff. My only recommendation is to have them come and measure for you - that way if there is a mistake they will fix it. Different window treatments (based upon vendor and product chosen) have different measurement requirements. I would use them again.

The string broke within 3 months. There was no warranty as I was told.

Product came in according to their projections. Price was fair.

Bazaar Home Decorating Center installed numerous window blinds, as well as closet systems throughout my home. The quality of all products installed is absolutely outstanding! Their customer service, professionalism and down to earth and friendly personalities was over the top! I would definitely use them again and already have recommended them to my friends.

Stephanie came out to our home and measured for pleated shades. She was punctual and professional. We waited a couple of months to order.Once we placed the order, she promptly notified us when our order was in. I did not price compare shop because we had worked with Bazaar Home Decorating and were extremely pleased with them. We have to still install the blinds. (We chose to do it ourselves.)

They came out and measured and then we placed the order. It took over 12 weeks to receive the drapes. I called at the 8 week mark as I had not heard a word from them. They checked and said I would have the drapes by Nov. 1. I was called on Nov. 8 to say they were in. Calls made by me were always returned promptly.
