Appliance Repair Service

Called and received a prompt call-back. They arranged an appointment quickly, came to the house promptly and fixed the problem. The repair took about 10 minutes. The repairman showed me what had gone wrong (a tab on the door was not setting off a switch properly) so that I could fix it myself if it happened again. A very good experience overall.

The dryer broke late on Sunday afternoon. We left a message, and they called us back first thing Monday morning and made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon to come out and look at our dryer. The repairman said the belt was broken, replaced it, and charged $90 for the part and the service call combined. Unfortunately, that fix lasted through just one load, and then again, the dryer would heat, but not tumble the clothes. We didn't discover this for several days - on a second Sunday afternoon. Again the repairman came out the next day and discovered the pulley had torn off the motor completely. The next day, he was out to our house a third time, with a replacement part. It's been a week now and about a dozen loads of laundry (catching up!) and it works great. They charged us only for the first trip, not for either of the return trips. They were neat, prompt, and polite, and the repairman was kind to our kids and pets. We were very happy overall and would definitely use them again in the future.

Ron came within a couple days of me calling and within the time slot allotted. He knew over the phone what the problem was and sure enough he was right. He only needed about 20 mintues and it was fixed.

They confirmed what I thought was the problem and even though the part was under warranty, the labor for him to fix it would have been more than 50% of what a new one would cost so I decided to replace rather than fix.

Sent email to company and no response. After a call there I found out one of the two of them was on vacation and explained my appliance problem. He said he would get back. I did a followup call and he had to be reminded what the problem was and then told me the stove was too old for parts and/or if they found parts they may not work. He suggested we buy a new stove.

This business was very rude and not customer focused.

I called around 8:00 a.m. and was told someone would be here today. He arrived around 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the electrical problem, repaired it, and made sure the dishwasher would work properly. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and effective.

I called Ron about 8 a.m., left a message, and he called back within 10 minutes. He made us his first call of the day (much appreciated when your ice cream is melting!). He discovered the problem quickly and everything was completed in less than an hour. Ron obviously is very knowledgeable and efficient - and he's a nice guy. Ron's business is pet friendly - he even liked our Great Pyrenees dogs (135 and 85 pounds). I will call him again for any large appliance problems in the future - it was so easy so get the refrigerator fixed.

Excellent. He listened to what was wrong with the dishwasher, and asked me to check the dishwasher float to try and fix the issue without needing a service call. His suggestion worked perfectly and the dishwasher was back in actioin.

No one answered when I first called, but I left a message and Ron called me back first thing the next day. Ron arrived on time and was able to swap the fuse out very quickly. Dryer worked fine for a day and then went out again. I called Ron and he promptly came back to take a look. Turned out that he missed a clogged exhaust on his first visit which caused the fuse to fail again. He apologized for the mistake, cleared the clog and replaced the fuse at no extra cost. I had to ding him on the quality rating, but I really appreciated that I didn't have to argue about paying for the second fix.

Didn't have an experience at all. Called and no one answered the phone. Did not have an answering service either. Not a good way to treat potential customers. I went elsewhere.

Great experience, I would highly recommend. I called at 8 am to say the 6 yr old washing machine was not agitating or spinning. Ron arrived within 30 minutes (as he offered on the phone.) He was very friendly, very fast, showed me the piece that was broken, showed me that the replacement part was of better quality (this had been an issue with this type of washing machine) and said "with the metal reinforcements on this, you won't have this repair ever again." .....

Our refrigerator stopped working over the weekend (it was not cooling). I called first thing Monday morning and they returned my call within 2 hours and we able to get to the house that afternoon. They even arranged to call me before they were heading to the house so I could stay at work until they were on their way. When I explained my problem to them on the phone they told me it was probably one of 2 things - when I asked how much they provided me the estimates for each of the 2 potential problems. The amount they charged for the actual repair was exactly what they quoted. They also helped me purchase a replacement part for a drawer that had broken.

Ron returned my call the same day and scheduled the repair for the next day. Although he was later than he had estimated the day prior, he considerately called to inform me of his delay (approx 2 hours) to verify my availability. When he arrived he immediately knew from our discussion what the problem was and how to fix it, having the necessary materials with him. It took only 15 minutes to fix. He and his assistant were extremely pleasant. I will definitely call him again should I need a large appliance repair.

I called Ron, he answered immediately and he was there within an 1 1/2 hours. It took about 15 minutes and it was fixed. No mess and very professional.

He did a very good and quick job. He found another area that could have caused a problem. He was prompt and came the same day. It was good that he had the pump on his truck.

My refrigerator had stopped working -- it was not longer cooling the food. It turns out the fan in the frig had stopped working. I called Appliance Repair Service on a Monday afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. They were able to diagnosis the problem and complete the repair in 1/2 an hour and they had the part my frig needed with them. They cleaned-up the work area and actually left it cleaner than it had been when they arrived. I will definitely call them in the future if I need an appliance repaired.

When they came my dishwasher worked-all be it loudly. When they left it had a new pump/motor but they would not hook it up as the initial installation wasn't up to code. I wish they would have told me that before they took it apart 1 week before a major holiday. I wound up having a major plumbing job (around $550) and having my dishwasher reinstalled by the original installer. I spent the week scheduling appointments and doing dishes.

They fixed the problem by replacing a part. We were very happy with the finished result. He took approximately an hour and a half and the freezer is now working just fine with no problems.

I called Ron and told him to come whenever as I have a back up refrigerator. He came within an hour on a Saturday!! He was funny, clean cut and professional. He had me up and running within a half hour.

The experience with this company went very well, he was very efficient and able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. I thought that he did a very good job, the technician was very professional and was good about explaining what he did to me.

Answered phone & gave advice about replace/repair stove. We opted for repair and he was available the next day, he had the part on his truck. Accommodated my schedule within 2 hour window. Repair was quick and painless. Also offered advice about broken ice dispenser on fridge, thought it would be covered by warranty.

The fridge was getting warmer and warmer so I called the company. They told me that they could come out later that day. The guy that came out was very easy to talk to and told me that he has been doing this for 30 years. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself very well. I was very impressed.

Ron arrived promptly at 8:00am, replaced the defective part quickly and was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! I was very impressed that Ron also took the time to give me helpful advice on a problem I was having with another appliance! GREAT JOB!
