It was great, it turned butt ugly into beauty.

Went well but left a bit of a mess.

He never showed up. I expected him at 1 and he never contacted me about being late. Then when I called him he said I had made a different appt time a time , a time I never would have agreed on. He was rude and said he wouldn’t come at all

That was great. They did a beautiful job. We had the no slip mat put in. The pricing was good, that was great. They came right out and did the job. Their punctuality was good. The most impressive thing that they did was they went in there one day, and it was a couple of hours, and it was done, and it really looked nice. There were two different workers that came after each other in the process. They cleaned up great.

Wonderful! Very professional, and extremely conscientious of keeping the area clean. They taped off literally everything in the bathroom to protect from any potential overspray, and following the work, they cleaned up very well. Definitely recommend using Cream City for anyone out there considering having work done.

Tub refinish looks very nice. Everything was well covered or masked to prevent contamination with the urethane spray. The work was professionally done and good aftercare information was provided. However a few concerns were noted: 1. Difficult to contact anyone directly. Always had to leave a message or send email which took at least a day or several days for a response. 2. I found out after I had purchased the Angie's List offer (from a pre-job inspection from the technician) that my tub had been reglazed in the past, requiring the old glaze to be stripped. To be fair it is stated there is an extra charge for this, but the amount is not listed on the offer or Web site. I was told he could do it right then in a few hours for $200 extra. I ended up doing it myself for about $20 but it was a lot of work. 3. Oddly, recaulking and cleanup (removing all the masking paper/tape -- floor, mirror, vanity, toilet, fixtures, etc) is not included in the price. This was an another $65, but was not clear from the offer or listed on the Web site, and had to be done on a subsequent day after the glazing had cured. Again to be fair, the offer indicates that all services must be redeemed in a single visit. The technician did explain this and said that most people prefer to caulk and clean up themselves. Again the job was well done and the technician was informative and helpful. Rather than having to determine all the right questions to ask for a service I'm not familiar with, I would liked to have seen the extra prices and procedural details disclosed more clearly in the offer or on the web site.
