TRI-S SIDING

Description of Work: In preparation for the exterior painting of our home, we discovered that we had several panels of cedar siding and exterior molding that needed to be replaced, that we had several woodpecker holes that needed to be filled and that we had some damaged stringers beneath our deck stairs. Upon the recommendation of our painting contractor, we requested an estimate for this work from Tri - S and were provided with a very detailed and price-competitive proposal, which we accepted. Scott McNicol, a very able, careful and experienced workman, came out promptly, quickly obtained the necessary materials (which required some diligent searching to find matches) and performed his work alongside the painters in a way that allowed both to work efficiently. Not only did Scott do an excellent job replacing the bad siding and molding and filling the woodpecker holes, but he also did a great job repairing our deck stairs. Even though the work on the deck stairs was more extensive than we, and he, had originally thought, he charged us only for the additional materials and did not charge us for his additional labor . Scott was punctual, careful, pleasant and professional throughout and the job was completed expeditiously. He carefully cleaned up his work area at the end of each day and left our property in excellent condition when the job was over.
