They did a great job.

I had an emergency because my septic tank was overflowing. I called 5 different places on a Saturday evening, and they were the only ones who actually responded to my call, and they came as soon as they possible could. He pumped my tanks, and fixed the overflow valve, which had broken loose. He also provided me with some excellent information about sealing the collars. I thought that these had been fixed 3 years ago by a different company, but it turns out they did not use the best method for fixing it (tar), and the seams were leaking. I will be calling them to properly seal the seams. Excellent service and educational for me. I didn't feel like he was selling me anything, but providing necessary services and making recommendations in my best interests. I will be using them for my septic service from now on.

Arrived in the morning and was finished before noon. Everything went great, the installers were very friendly and informative.

Eckmayer Sewer Service was tremendous. The technician arrived promptly. He knowledgeably inspected and serviced the septic system. Once it was determined that a blocked drain line was the problem, he cleared the line and restored service.

The provider went through the steps to try and fix the problem with costing a lot of money. After the simple solutions were exhausted it was determined that there were holes in the well pipe. The pipe was pulled and replaced.

I was not home during service.

We have had no end of trouble this year with the deep frost layer due to the polar vortices. So far this winter, Eckmayer has helped us unfreeze the line three times. Our property is a nightmare (long run, huge hill, inaccessible cleanout). Adrian and Ken were helpful, efficient, and had an positive attitude despite the miserable working conditions they encountered on our lovely property. They helped us twice over two different weekends. The first weekend, we elected for emergency service after Adrian spent a great deal of unbilled time on the phone attempting to help me troubleshoot the problem to avoid a site visit. Adrian and Ken hauled heavy equipment through feet of snow, with a capable, can-do attitude the whole time. Adrian in particular was great at managing the approach, communicating about cost and treatment measures, and very creatively trouble-shooting the problem. He is fantastic to work with, he's a smart and capable technician. He was also willing to work with our electrician to achieve the best outcome that was possible given the limitations of working in the winter. We plan to work with these folks after the ground thaws to achieve a permanent fix.
