If you are looking for a professional home inspector, this is your guy. Jim was prompt and extremely professional. I sent approximately 3 hours in the home while he did his inspection. He worked his way from the exterior of the home (including going on the roof in the middle of winter) and then into the home, all the while taking pictures and notes. At each phase of the inspection he would go back to his vehicle and immediately notate his findings. He suited up and inspection the crawl space with a dirt floor and also made sure to inspect the attic space. At the end of his findings he spent time going over the inspection report, page by page with me. He was able to immediately email me a copy of the report with plenty of details. I cannot express enough how professional Jim was and easy to work with. He followed up after the inspection with a hand written thank you for choosing his services.
