Steven did an excellent job overall. All of the individuals that came to our house were respectful of our time, i.e. they worked around our time frame and were always showed up when they said they would. In addition, everyone cleaned up at night to the point that you would almost not even know they were working. Moreover, all of the workers were professional, polite and perfectionists (in a good way) in their work. In the end the price was fair, completed on schedule and looks great.

Steve was excellent to work with. He was good at keeping us informed throughout the project. Although the project was relatively small and had some difficulties based on our situation, Steve took it on and did was on top of everything. He moved it along at an excellent pace. With Steve, I had no worries about any of the work. All the contractors he hired I would use again. In the case where a problem arose, Steve took care of it immediately and told me how he was going to or had already fixed the problem.

We had purchased a cute house in Walworth County but it needed some work to update it. We got Steve's reference from our Realtor and BOY! was it a good deal from start to finish. We met him the afternoon we closed and walked through the house with him, discussing what we wanted to do in each room and what we needed to do (per the building inspection). My wife has asthma so we needed to remove the carpet and replace with hardwood floor. Steve recommended a flooring provider and we shopped there. The kitchen needed redoing, since the fridge was right by the entrance door and the countertop was over big, leaving just a couple of feet of passage. He recommended moving the fridge, which worked out perfectly. We decided on a cabinet replacement to get just the right look. Steve handled all the deconstruction, permits, electric install, plumbing install, ordering the cabinets and countertops. He supervised the install of the flooring, inspecting their work and recommending repairs when needed. One of his workers did the interior painting for us. Kris was really a perfectionist, getting just the right colors from just a few garbled directions we gave him. (Kris will get his own recommendation.) We replaced all interior doors to create a unified look, even to the sliding doors on the closets. Steve made it look perfect. Through the entire process Steve was wonderful. He sent pictures (since we live out of the area) so we could see what was happening. He kept in contact to let us know what was going on. He met us as often as he could when we were around to check things out and walked us through everything that was going on and yet to happen.

After at least 5 or 6 other quotes, we liked Steve's attitude from the beginning and his well written contract stating exactly what you were getting, unlike many of the other, undetailed quotes. He could see our "vision" and had no problem with our buying the cabinets and all of the fixtures. He is very friendly and professional and on the job site with his subs most of the time. He "donated" a few things including a staircase baluster and an ironing board unit to cover our utility box that he had from old jobs, made a change to a wall and even installed an upstairs laundry room drain tray to the basement, all without added charge. He believes in value added service.

Steve and his crew were courteous and punctual. He is also very particular about making sure his crew cleans up and everything is as neat as can be. He made sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible.

It is a newer house and we wanted to use the space for the kids. Steve made a plan of the basement the way we wanted it. He got all the permits and kept a eye on the job stoping by to check every day. His crews were outstanding. They would take off there shoes to go to the basement and work(somethig we don't even do) The finished product is great and he stuck to his price even though we made a few changes along the way.

Our project was completed very professionally and quickly. We were pleased with Steve personally, who is professional and genuinely committed to a high quality standard. His crew shares his commitment and are personable as well. Because we were living in our home during the work, we especially appreciated the neatness of the job. Steve's crew is attentive to their work but left our home 'liveable' at the end of each day. We were also pleased with his references for contractors.

I was in a tight spot being New Year's Day and he came through.

I have worked with Steve in the past and called when I need to get ideas. He came out with Margaret and gave a great layout for the kitchen. Nothing has changed since the last kitchen remodel he did and we are very happy with the results. I would not call anyone else.

Had this company back after using them earlier and having an excellent experience. Gave me a great 'package' deal, complete total remodel of kitchen. They included a bid I accepted to paint 2 other rooms while they were on site. They replaced all cabinets and consulted with me what they would recommend for the style and hardware. All border wallpaper was removed, painted (they recommended the color as well) flooring-which was tile. Crew was very professional and tried to stay out of the way as much as they could. With our kitchen being 'command central' I needed someone who understood that. They worked around my schedule. And they even recommended design ideas to use for the replacements. Excellent workmanship. Great job!

Loved Steve from the minute I met him; a great guy to work with. Steve was always on the site, let me know what was going to happen that day and the next, and was always available for any questions I had. He's extremely professional and you can tell from his attitude that he loves his work. He anticipated anything that can happen and pays attention to the details on the project as well. The project went off without a hitch! As the saying goes "You get what you pay for", and I am extremely satisfied!
