+ -1 moreI really recommend Mainus Construction. Tom always followed through on dates, always was curteous and pleasant, no drama whatsoever. The price for his constructed and delivered unit was less than the price for a big box kit - which would still need to be put together, and modified to fit our area's building code. The unit is extremely well constructed.
Description of Work: Tom pre-built a 10 x 12 x 7 wood shed for us. This was built from scratch, and not from a big box kit. We were allowed to modify the shed to fit our needs. He was well aware of local building codes - this is a big issue where we live. He delivered it to the site completed, and used a gas powered "mule" to place the shed. He waited until the ground was frozen so as not to damage my wife's flower planting areas. He came back in spring to level the shed.
