We do this because you shouldn't have to pay more or worry about up selling. We give inspections to put our clients safety and wellbeing first. He showed up on time. He knocked and let me know that he was going to start the inspection on the outside if I didn't mind. Of course I didn't. He then knocked about 20 minutes later and did the interior inspection which did include radon and mold testing (which I really wanted). James was polite, friendly, and didn't mind me asking questions. I will surely be hiring him for my seasonal inspections. I never thought I would enjoy a home inspection. Who knew?!
