I absolutely love Donn! This is the second time I've hired him to inspect a home that I was looking to purchase. The first inspection earned him my loyalty forever! The short summary: He found some electric runs that were "terminated" and not in service. Being the methodical man he is, he checked. They were full of juice and waiting to knock some unsuspecting person into next week. An inspection by an electrician and a $13,000 (YES! THIRTEEN THOUSAND!!!) bill for the sellers to bring the electric to code...... let's just say the sellers were not happy with the inspector they had hired two years prior. (I recommended Donn for their next purchase!) Donn will note anything that is an issue or that can lead into one. His report is very complete and he is very easy to contact if you have additional questions or concerns. I'm happy to say that "I have a guy!" when it comes to home inspections. (NOTE: The price paid included the cost for Radon Testing)
