It was a very hot day, so I was glad they were able to come out quickly. They were able to fix it right away. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. The guy came earlier than scheduled; he was very nice and pleasant. He showed me what he doing and explained the work he had to do. I appreciated that.

They're very unreliable. They were good on the installation but their follow up on maintenance is terrible. I've called them a couple of times and no one has ever shown up so I quit calling them. I don't recommend them.
Description of Work: My last interaction with Bonanza Heating & Air Conditioning was for a tune up.

Bonanza was very helpful in the quoting process, providing excellent information on selection of units and accessories. They were extremely prompt, being on site 1/2 hour early. Very courteous, very professional, very punctual, very considerate of occupants and cleanliness. They cleaned up everything they did. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and am considering switching my semiannual furnace/AC service to them.

I contacted another area Heating and Air Conditioning service about the Rennai noise. The serviceman found the combustion fan was out of balance. The warranty parts were ordered to fix the Rennai. The serviceman agreed that the noise was so loud it shook the case around the Rennai. Also, odor comimng from the furnace air filter. The furnance was serviced and consumer education provided on how to care and check furnance air cleaning unit. Parts were ordered. I was told the air cleaner was very dirty and that should have been pointed out to me at the annually cleaning(A decayed mouse was found--in the filter system. The serviceman pointed out that can be common.) I contacted Dean at Bonanza Heating and updated him on the findings. He immediately wanted to know the name of the other company. He called me back-I saved the unkind message. I called him back after leaving a message to find out about expecting a refund due to unnecessary and incomplete work. Dean told me to not expect a refund and to "clean my house". (I have a cleaning service and live in a 500K house.) I shared with Dean that I would be making a report on Angie's list.
Description of Work: Concern: Hot water heater-Rennai continually cycling and very loud. Service the furnance for winter. Re-wired the pump to switch relay-turn pump on only when needed. In addition, general service the furnance-remove and clean condensation trap, burners and flame sensor. ( I paid $118.23.)Then, 2 days later I called because the air conditioning wasn't cooling. The hot water took 7+ minutes to warm up to get hot water. The noise was still very loud. Linda communicated no one could not come until Monday-on vacation. I went without air and instant warm water unitl Monday. (The purpose of the unit is to have endless and efficient source of hot water. On Monday-Bob wired the pump back the way it was. Turned on the AC switch he forgot last week. Bob said it was a different problem with the Rennai. Bob said the pump had to be cleaned. The noise persisted after that service. ($398.30.) I was told the pumps are loud and nothing further could be done. I called the owner Dean because I was double charged. He apologized as he was on vacation and didn't know a bill was sent out last week?? We negotiated the price to pay of $280.30. The total cost of the services rendered= $398.53. The problem remained. I did contact Dean 2 days ago about the smell coming from the furnance air cleaner. He never got back to me. This lead me to contact a different company. I am glad I did though I am out $398.53 plus!
