Description of Work: Anderson performed a buyer's home inspection for our new house and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, explained everything as he was seeing it, followed up with me by phone the next day, and continued to work with me as we gathered work request forms from the sellers and gave his very qualified opinion on everything. I would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection for one of their current or future properties.

Description of Work: Inspection of home we are looking to purchase. The level of detail in this home inspection compared to my first home purchase 16 years ago. I feel confident that I know what I am working with in this new property and what to be keeping an eye on and planning on addressing in the future. | |Donn was great, very clear and friendly, and certainly professional. This gave me peace of mind with how to move forward with this purchase.

Description of Work: The price included radon testing. Donn was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way to be sure I understood what I needed for the home inspection. I had a copy of the full report and results about 12 hours after the inspection was complete. The report was very well put together and very easy to understand.

Description of Work: Simply put, this man is a home inspecting wizard. As first time home buyers, we were admittedly anxious about the home inspection process. We didn't know what to expect and were nervous about our inability to interpret the results. Donn, through his methodical approach and extensive home inspection knowledge, showed us the bottom of what we saw as a bottomless pit of technicalities that come with purchasing a home and understanding it's condition. High functioning people have the ability to break down complexities to their most simplistic form and then convey them for anyone to understand. This is exactly what Donn did for us. Description of Work: Donn followed "boiler plate" booklet that he gives to you. This is simply something that every homeowner could use or find online. The actual evaluation did not include the fact that some things were not checked and as a result I have had to pay for services that I was not aware of. Faucets in the utility room were so corroded that they did not even work. An airconditioner did not work it went on but did not pump out cold air. This also resulted in my having to purchase a new air conditioner.
