Nicole is a very professional and prompt communicator... we set up a cleaning date lickety-split. She and her team member arrived right on time, made sure to align with my cleaning needs and got down to business immediately. They were very productive during the 2 hours they were with me and completed everything I asked for. I highly recommend Nicole and A Touch of Class Cleaners.

Came to house yesterday and determined my job was not the type of work they do. Advised me to get a refund.

It went well. Nicole and Renata have cleaned our house 4 times now I think. I especially like how they clean the woodwork often. My daughter likes how they organize her knick knacks after dusting her dressers. Nicole communicates well re: date of our cleanings and has always shown up when she said she would. So far so good! :o) Thank you!

They did a very thorough and great job. She was a little too expensive for me to keep using her but I would recommend her. I also was comfortable having her in my home and trusted that she was an honest, hardworking, young woman. |

It was a fine. They sent 2 people out to do the cleaning. The cleaners were fine and they did everything that was necessary. I have hired them again since and they have pointed out different cleaning supplies to use on my hardwood floors. They are very responsive. The scheduling was great and they called within a day and also contacted me through email.

They do an OUTSTANDING job. I have since hired them to come every other week. I could not be more pleased. My house was dirtier than I realized and they took the time to make it look brand new again, I highly recommend them, they show up on time. they bring their own supplies and it was worth every single penny

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. She was absolutely great and I loved her. I didn't hire her because it was a little too pricey for me. I was amazed. It was very good quality work. I have a very big house so she did whatever she could in the 4 hours. She quoted $150 for bi-weekly which was a little too pricey for me but the quality of her work was excellent. I am going to call her to see if I can get some extra cleaning done.

Very good. Very nice and pleasant. Tells me what she did and will do an extra side thing every time she is here. Moved my bedroom furniture to get all the dust behind the furniture. Mops my floors and they look awesom until the kids get home and ruin it. Bathrooms have been the cleanest since I lived here. My stove was a mess with h****** grease and they have worked on it every time they come and it now shines. Afraid to cook on it because it looks so nice after they leave.

I use Nicole and Touch of Class Cleaners for twice monthly house cleaning. I love her professionalism, punctuality, dependability and attention to detail. I mean she REALLY cares about the quality of her work and the satisfaction of her customers. If I'm home when she leaves, she always asks me to look around to comment on how everything looks. I am always satisfied and if there is ever something I have to point out, which may be something very minor, she corrects it with a smile and an eagerness to get it right! Nicole comes out personally each time to clean along with her staff - right now it's her mom which is equally awesome! They clean things and places my past housecleaning staff never did before. She loves her work, my home and I love her!

The owner of the business contacted me accommodating my availability during the busy holiday prep season. She promvided prompt responses to my questions via email and showed up on the day of cleaning at the scheduled ttime. While on site, she was very attentive to detail and provided suggestions on products and techniques for certain details of my home. I was overall satisfied with the cleaning noting that she stayed a little bit longer than my deal to finish the final details. I've used a couple of franchised cleaning services before and I appreciated the fact that she was a sole proprietor vested in growing her business. I asked for a quote for regular bi-weekly cleaning and found the price to be at the low end of what I expected, so I hired her and have been receiving on-going service. I'm really picky and gave a B on quality only because of some minor issues I notice that others may not. But overall would give an A. Am happy with this provider and will continue to use the service.

I own a duplex and my Mom lives on the 2nd level. Nicole was earlier then specified time which was fine, and even appreciated. They dusted, scrubbed kitchen floor, cleaned bathroom, and sanitized both, vacuumed 3 rooms, cleaned woodwork and baseboards and outside of appliances. All was offered with the "Deal" I purchased. They were very friendly and personable._x000D_|They still had some time and asked if there was anything else they could do. So, they vacuumed the hallway steps, from 1st floor up to the 2nd floor and also cleaned and sanitized by bathroom. _x000D_|I would definitely recommend Nicole. She did a great job.

I bought the deal on Angie's List, so I did not comment on the overall price value. They arrived on time, cleaned very thoroughly, and left our house looking great! I would definitely consider using them in the future.

It was easy getting in touch to schedule, and they were happy to use the eco-friendly products that I provided for their use. Furthermore, the two-woman team did a thorough job, and I appreciated that they didn't wear their shoes in the house. My only wish is that they could have spent more time doing the cleaning.

We purchased the $99 deal for four hours of cleaning. Nicole came over and deep cleaned as much of our house as she could in that time. Our house is about 3000 square feet with the finished basement so she wasn't able to clean the whole house in four hours, which I completely understood. She concentrated on the living areas and did a tremendous job. It was great to come home to a sparkling clean house. She was very easy to talk to and was very professional. I would recommend her if you're looking for someone to clean your house.

Nicole did a great job with the initial cleaning that we have her come every other week now. It is so awesome that my house is clean all the time.

I wasn't contacted "by Friday" like advertised, so I had to call and leave a message. She called back very quickly after that and did her best to fit me in during a very busy christmas season. I was happy with the cleaning service and would love to use them again in the future.

Nicole was fantastic. She did everything I was hoping would get done and when there was time left she asked what else could be done with the time left. She made sure everything was clean to her satisfaction as well as mine and the price was perfect for the hands on job that she did.

They were amazing! While they were a little late their thoroughness more than made up for it. My bathrooms and floors sparkled once they were done. It had been a while since this had occurred so it was a lot of work. Very professional and willing to do things the way I wanted them done. I have always had my floors hand washed and dried. Thanks to them again. I'd definitely use them again in the near future!

It went very well. I have 2 cats (which I mentioned when we set up the appointment) and they didn't mind working with the cats being very interested in what was happening.
