TOC has been cleaning our home for the last year. They do a wonderful job and always go the extra mile to make us happy.

Cleaning crew arrived promptly. Work completed well and efficiently. I would, and have, recommended Nicole's service to others.

Our house was in pretty good shape and we were looking for a good clean to help get in he best shape to prepare the house to list for home sale. They were late to arrive at our house and what we got was just in our opinion a marginal clean. There were placed undusted, didn't get any wipe down of kitchen cabinets and generally felt disappointed in level of clean and attention to detail. Didn't seem like expectations were understood or met.

Friendly workers, prompt and courteous. Professional owner hard working. Cleaned whole house fine.

They did a good job. Showed up on time with three people making the job get completed quickly. Did a fantastic job in the kitchen as well as the master bathroom, removing years of dried on hard water that I just haven't had the time to spend to remove. Master bath sparkled like it was brand new again. The hall bath did not have as much attention paid to it (floor not swept or scrubbed) but to be fair, it was a different person who cleaned it and my allotted time was used up, probably by the amount of time required in the master. Kitchen cabinets looked great. Overall, good job.

Nicole and her team came out did an awesome job with detailing our home. She met all expectations I was looking for and I'm pretty picky. Nicole is easy to work with and flexible. Thanks for all the hard work.

The cleaning was okay...it wasn't bad, but I've definitely had better cleaning done. More importantly, working with Nicole was frustrating as she is not reliable. At the end of my first cleaning appointment, we scheduled the next appointment...it was for a Wednesday. However, Nicole showed up on the wrong date, a Tuesday. She called when she got to my home and I told her I was out of town and the appointment was supposed to be for the following day...she checked her books and acknowledged her error and promised she'd be back the following day. The following day, she didn't show up and when I called her, she said she was going to have to reschedule...we rescheduled and she didn't show up again. And then she just became difficult to reach...the times when I did reach her, she promised to get back to me but didn't. I just got tired of chasing her so I gave up and found someone else.

Nicole and her team of housekeepers were great! I had an accident and have been laid up. I also had company coming..... I needed a lot of things moved and cleaned. The girls were GREAT! Nicole made a big effort to get me worked into her schedule on short notice so things could be cleaned up in time for my guests to arrive. I will definately have her back to do more cleaning here!

They came on time, they cleaned everything that I asked them to, they were friendly and left my son's home noticeably fresh & clean. I had Merry Maids clean my son's home before them & these girls put Merry Maids to shame. . 53185

Overall they were very good. Arrived late due to some confusion on location. Would have hired them as repeat cleaners, but they don't usually serve our area (which is also why there was confusion as to the location).

Nicole does a nice job. We've used her 4 times now and had a pleasant surprise when she act lowered our price on her own!

The ladies are pleasant and worked hard, did a very thorough job. In trying to set up a return visit, however, phone calls and emails were not responded to. Very disappointing.

The service provider and her team cleaned everything on my list and helped me set up for my house guest. There were things I couldn't do because of post surgical restrictions, and they did them for me. They cleaned the walls, ceilings, vents, sinks, counters, toilets, tub and shower, mirrors, floors, carpet, and they emptied all the trash cans I plan to have them again soon.

They showed up as scheduled and went right to work. They did an amazing job and worked quickly and efficiently. Super professional. House has never looked better! Highly recommend this company and service.

IT WAS FOR 4 HOURS OF CLEANING, TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST I WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED ON HOW LITTLE THEY GOT DONE IN 4 HOURS. 2 LADIES CAME AND I TOLD THEM MY FLOORS WAS MY MAIN THING, I DID NOT THINK THAT IF THEY FINISHED IN 1 HOUR, YOU DO NOTHING ELSE. MY KITCHEN FLOOR IS ABOUT 10 BY 12 AND THE FLOOR TO MY FRONT DOOR IS ABOUT 15X 4. MY MAIN BATHROOM IS ABOUT 6 X 11 MY HALF BATH IS ABOUT 5 X 10 NOT ALOT OF AREA. I MYSELF COULD HAVE DONE THE FLOORS IN AN HOUR TOPS. ONE PERSON DID CLEAN THE MAIN BATHROOM, TOP TO BOTTOM, BUT REALLY SO WHAT WAS THE OTHER PERSON DOING FOR 2 HOURS? I PAID FOR DEEP CLEANING. NOTHING GOT CLEANED IN THE KITCHEN EXCEPT THE FLOOR, THE HALF BATH WAS NOT CLEANED, ONLY THE FLOOR, AND THE 2 AREAS VACCUMED. "

They never called us back, and when we did get in touch with them it was after we needed the service completed. They said it would be another three weeks before they could do the service. I never heard from them again after that.

Nicole and her crew showed up right on time (5 minutes early). We discussed what needed to be done and they went to it and did a great job. Personable and professional at all times. Highly recommended.

They were on time. They worked with me to make a change in the date and time. They were professional. They stayed the full time. They did a lot while they were here. They worked very hard.

She was out of my service area. She realized that quickly and contacted Angie's List so that I could get my refund promptly.

It was fine and they were good. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The scheduling was good.

Nicole and her employees were pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job every time, and we only stopped using them due to a move. I would highly recommend them.

She charged $50 every other week. She was here maybe 5 times over the last couple of months. The job was done very well. She was a very good cleaner. The one issue I had was reliability so I am no longer using her. I don't think I would use them again because of the reliability issue but I do want to stress that they clean very well. That was never the problem. We just didn't communicate well as far as timing and when she was going to be here.

She worked out great. I did not dislike anything. They were very personable and did an efficient job. So, I have no complaints. They were great. My interaction with them was good. I spent exactly $99. She did not stay any longer than that. They came out in February or March; that was my choice. I thought their price was a little high because that was only for four-hours.

They got the woodwork cleaned up beautifully in the house and in the kitchen, and cleaned up a badly stained tub to a bright white shine. The kitchen, which was in pretty bad shape, came out shiny and clean as well. They are coming two more times, to polish the floors and clean the house while we have it up for sale.
