Nicole, Cassie and Ashley are fantastic! They’ve cleaned our house for 4+ years and have always shown up as planned, cleaned our house wonderfully and been kind to us, our kids and our pets. Their fee is competitive, perhaps even lower than others. I’d highly recommend them.

It was getting harder to give our house the deep cleaning it needed periodically so we hired A Touch of Class Cleaners. They clean our 2 story (plus finished basement) house once a month and they do an excellent job. Nicole is very responsive when you need to contact her and they are flexible when it comes to scheduling.

Nicole and her team are professional and efficient. Always arrive when scheduled and get right to work.

They did a deep clean of the whole house and did a fantastic job!

They do a great job of cleaning everything from the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. Also, the bedrooms are always nice and neat with fresh sheets. Nicole is always prompt in returning messages. I also appreciate that they are very pet friendly.

The cleaning date was delayed due to her schedule so we agreed to wait, she & employee arrived started worked for 2.5 hrs. Did not clean floors or vacuumed dusted two rooms, also did not wipe down cabinets or appliances. Said she did not have time to finish. I asked if she could come back and finish she said no. When spoke with to make purchase I asked her directly if I could do do the visit in four hour increments if necessary. She replied yes, that I could but she didn't want to do it in one hour increments, I said 3-4 hrs at a time. I asked if she could come back and make up the time but she said no, she couldn't do that.

Could not have been more pleased. Very thorough, and work was of highest quality.

We've had them for over a year and cant imagine our lives without them. We have a newborn baby and a dog so their help is needed. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Touch of Class for about two years and they do a great job every time they are here. They use their own supplies unless I want something special. They do basic cleaning, but will do extras if requested. For example, I recently asked them if they could clean my oven. They agreed and when I asked how much, they told me whatever I thought was fair is fine. The owner is on site the majority of the time, and they are always on time. Price was the least expensive of the three companies when I did interviews. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job! They have a meticulous attention to detail and those things go a long way with me. Things I never get around to cleaning such as my make up mirror were spotless. I recommend them.

They clean everything in our 2400 sq foot home. That's 2 1/2 baths, 4 bedrooms, family room, living room, office and kitchen. They do floors, toilets, mirrors, dusting...everything! Nicole even texts me occasionally after she cleans to tell me if she wasn't thrilled with how a product worked then she tries a different product next visit (ex: for the stubborn stains on shower floor). They move big pieces of furniture every once in a while to vacuum under them. If the kids don't make their beds, Nicole's crew will even do that and add something fun like a stuffed animal display! The kids love it. Finally, we recently recarpeted and Nicole even helped me with questions I had about designs (because she sees so many different things as she cleans a variety of homes)! We've never, ever had anything go missing and Nicole even texts if the tiniest thing is different (like the vacuum catching a snag on an old rug causing the snag to grow a little). They are honest, good people.
