It worked out good. She came in and did her work, and she was done before we knew it.

Came to my unkept house and when they left it just sparkled like the lights on the Christmas tree. I had let a lot go in my house due to illness in my family this is the first year after 3 years of losing loved ones that we wanted to do Christmas and I didn't know where to start . They had a BIG JOB to do and were so nice and friendly after they left i just sat and looked at the wonderful job they did I am so grateful that I took the offer. jo

Nicole and Sara did all I asked and more. I especially appreciated the hard to reach and difficult heavy-duty cleaning. They were friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working.

Nicole, the owner, and her assistant Brandy arrived on time. We discuss what I wanted cleaned. Nicole sanitized the 3 bathrooms along with cleaning the white wood trim and dusted the walls. Brandy cleaned the kitchen appliances, woodwork, and scrubbed the oak floor on her hands and knees. She also cleaned the white cupboards so they looked like new. The stove, refrigerator, and sink were all shiny. They vacuumed the carpeted steps going upstairs and downstairs. No fooling around, they got the job done. When my wife came home from work, she was impressed. There was only one minor area that was missed and that was the dust behind the toilet reservoir in the bathrooms.

Nicole called immediately after I bought the special. She left message day before to remind me she was coming. On time. Gave her tour of home, indicated instructions for specific pieces, marble top, etc. I hired A Touch of Class Cleaners after reading she did deep cleaning. We have alot of white painted woodwork - discussed what products she would use. We have hired her to clean biweekly. Thrilled to find someone who takes pride in doing thorough detailed work.

Their service has been good. It is one person that comes for the cleaning. She has been flexible, has been doing great work, and listens to what I need. She is also open to do other projects as I may need them. I plan to use her for a long time.

A Touch of Class Cleaning has been cleaning our home every other week for about 3 years. Nicole is responsible, trustworthy, and reliable. She is flexible and is willing to change days to meet any requirements we may have (including holidays and parties). She cleans our entire house which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an extensive mancave! I would and have recommended her to my friends and family. Very happy with the results. She completes our home as we originally discussed and she remembers our petpives. Nicole does a complete and wonderful job, we are very satisfied.
