Description of Work: Nicole explained what she does during her cleaning period. She did an excellent job in all areas and more so in areas that I recommended needed extra service. She is happy to do her job, provided suggestions on cleaning materials and is clear about how to schedule and contact her about changes.

Description of Work: She cleaned the house (3 bedroom ranch ) - plus cleaned all my painted woodwork and louver doors. Very thorough. I've used this service a couple of times and plan on using her at least once a month in the future. I've had some issues with my knee and having Nicole is a huge help - plus, she has a very pleasant personality. Listens to what is needed, and does it. Actually, goes the extra step. I highly recommend her.
