What a pleasure to find Tim and Pat Cook at Kleen Air! From initial contact throughout the project, Kleen Air were total professionals. Tim got back to me quickly, provided an estimate for work to be done, let me know of a couple of challenges that we were facing given the condition of the electrical system at our cabin, and offered some very thoughtful solutions that were not profit-driven, but driven by his interest in me, the client. Tim and Pat performed a very professional install of both AC systems, as well as the Nevian tankless water heater. They were neat in their wiring, very thoughtful about the location of the equipment, and covered the outside sections of the split system very professionally. They also left our cabin/s the way they found them - clean. There was a bit of a leap of faith on my part hiring someone remotely based on their previous reviews on Angie's List, but after speaking to Tim a couple of times on the phone at the outset of the project, I knew I was in good hands. Post-install, I had a couple of questions about the functionality of the tankless water heater and Pat Cook drove from Washburn to Bayfield, took the ferry over, and addressed the opportunity within 3 hours of my call. WOW. In summary, I will use Kleen Air again in a second. I own a business and know how rare it is to find guys like Tim and Pat - who care about their craft and care about their customers. On time, polite, great heat, clean, perfect job. Explained info to me, and came back 2 times when I had a minor problem. This company is great!

My experience went very well and would highly recommend him. I liked that he gave an estimate that was correct and did an excellent job with the installation of a high-efficiency furnace. If you are looking for a high-efficiency system, then I would suggest using him.

The old boiler was removed and a brand new high efficiency boiler was installed in one day. However, the boiler did not work as intended and would shut down on the coldest days. The owners of the business worked with the manufacturer and their engineers to resolve the problems and did not quit until the work was complete. They were helpful and responsive and when I need heating work done again they will be the ones that I call.
