+ -1 moreEverything went great! I had water backing up into my basement through the floor drain in my utility room. I called Rick at Free Flow Drain Services late on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived at my house within an hour. Rick performed a series of tests to determine the source of the back up, starting with the least invasive test first. He discovered the problem within an hour - there were two problems actually, one of which was a broken pipe valve. The hardware store was closed by then, so Rick went to Lowe's first thing Sunday morning and came back to the house to install the new valve. I felt like Rick went above and beyond the call of duty, especially considering it was a holiday (New Years) weekend. And his rates were very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Rick, especially if you have a plumbing emergency.
Description of Work: Found the cause of our water backup and fixed it.
