Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling

Technician smoked on property without consent. He wasn't going to do the entire job because he said he didn't know how to fix a smart thermostat. I had to tell him he needed to call their support and was finally able to convince him to do the job. Was rude throughout the process. Very disappointing.

These guys did an outstanding job. They responded within an hour of the call. The technician did not have a fan motor that would fit our unit but was able to utilize one of the motors working speeds to give us heat until he could return with the right size motor. If you are in the Lake Geneva area these are the guys to use

From estimate to installation, the process couldn't have gone better. The technicians were professional and well-informed, offering suggestions for the sizes and types of equipment available. And most important, they listened carefully to our specific needs and desires and offered advice on what would best fit those requirements. Never did we feel pressured to spend more than we needed on unnecessary equipment or features. As far as installation goes, they were prompt and efficient, explained the functioning of the new systems clearly, and cleaned up carefully when they were finished. I feel confident that should we have further questions or encounter a problem, they would respond quickly and thoroughly, as they care a great deal about customer satisfaction. On top of it all, they are just such nice guys, friendly, accommodating and trustworthy--we felt safe having them in our home. I'm delighted we chose to contract with Absolute Cooling and Heating.

Great. Very professional, arrived on time, and finished quickly.

I called Absolute Comfort because the air conditioning drain line in our newly purchased vacation home was overflowing. Jason showed up on time after calling to let us know he was on his way. He cleaned and serviced the unit and patiently answered all of our questions. The 3/4 inch PVC drain line was full of hard calcium deposits which were extremely difficult to remove. Jason installed a new drain line and instructed us on how to prevent this problem from reoccurring. He was professional, courteous, and hardworking. We would definitely use Absolute Comfort again!

Furnace taken all apart and not fixed.

We had Absolute Comfort come out to the house to inspect and clean our furnace. Tim Conklin did a great job. He was professional and also personable and easy to work with. He explain thoroughly everything he did. We will definitely will call them when the need arise.
