It went great! Ten years ago we had Tom replace all our windows. Then a few years later had our gutters replaced and gutter guard installed also had Tom cover our Garage overhang with aluminum. A couple years ago we had his crew replace the shingles on the house and garage. Everything was done in a timely manner. All was quality workmanship.

Wow! What a terrific company! We cannot say enough about their knowledge, customer service, responsiveness, quality and outstanding workmanship, quality materials, dedication, conscientiousness, communication, project management, and clean-up! Our home experienced significant water damage caused by ice damming. We retained Total Exterior Pros to inspect, design, and install a new roof with the proper ice and snow shield underlayment, install new fiber cement siding and trim, install wider gutters and wider and additional downspouts to keep rainwater from overflowing, provide all related carpentry work to replace the rotten OSB and insulation, and install house wrap as a weather-resistant barrier for our home, since when originally built it did not have any house wrap. Tom of Total Exterior Pros explained their products and applications and the work was completed exactly as promised. Total Exterior Pros did an outstanding job replacing our roof, siding/trim, and gutters/downspouts and performing all related carpentry work. Our home originally had cedar trim boards around the windows and we replaced them with James Hardie® Trim Batten boards with a rustic grain. The siding team made some great recommendations on how to improve the trim around our windows (even though it would require more detailed work from them) and we wholeheartedly agreed. The end result is a stunning improvement to our home. While any repair/remodel can be inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Tom’s services were invaluable. Tom and his team were personable, professional, always on time, exceptionally polite and courteous, thoughtful, responsive, and paid meticulous attention to detail. The quality of their work was consistently top notch. Throughout the project we were impressed with Tom’s commitment to provide a top-quality product. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done because of hidden problems that were a result of the original builder’s poor construction techniques and were not apparent until work on the house had commenced, Tom worked with extraordinary commitment and resolved the issues immediately staying on schedule. I’ve called on Total Exterior Pros two times for service. Neither were “big jobs”, but the attention to detail and service was as if they were. The price was fair and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. In the end…I don’t know what more a customer could ask for!
