+ -1 moreI needed a survey of our house to get a building permit for a small addition, and had not had any luck obtaining an existing one. I called several surveyors and they were expensive and not able to come out for several weeks. I called here and spoke to Harry who was extremely professional and helpful. They were able to come out quickly at a competitive price. However, they insisted that I first try again to call for the survey and gave me the direct line of someone with the county who could help. Sure enough! I got a hold of a survey. So, I didn't end up using them, but certainly will if I ever need a survey in the future!
Description of Work: Helped me get an existing survey through the county.

He and his associate were great! He knows the area, does a professional survey, understands Town and County property regulations, and charges a fair price. If you have a project that requires surveying, rezoning, and getting building permits, start with this surveyor,
Description of Work: Preliminary survey of property, generation of parcel map. Full survey of site, dividing into two parcels. Generation of map for County review. Advice on how to proceed with County rezoning committee. Surveying in house, assistance in placement in relation to property lines, septic, roadway. Generation of site map for permitting, electrical service, well and septic location.
