Description of Work: I got the deadbolts and handles on my front and back doors replaced after closing on my new house. He was available the same day I called. He ended up running a bit late, but called me before the scheduled time to make sure the delayed time would still work for me. I had originally called to get the locks re-keyed, but I ended up getting new hardware. He didn't try to up-sell me, he just explained the options and the prices before we started when I asked. I'm really happy with the results.

Very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and did a good deal of customer education regarding locks, home safety, etc. during the time at the house. The service was needed following a burglary. He came out late at night and was very helpful and got the job done quickly and well. A completely satisfactory experience; doubt that you could find anyone better to work with.
Description of Work: At 11 pm was available to come out to house. Rekeyed two deadbolt door locks, replaced deadbolt lock in 3rd door. Installed deeper (into the stud) plates for deadbolts on all doors. Made Multiplle keys.

When I called back to set up an appointment, he said he was available immediately and would be over in half an hour. He showed up when he said he would, and suggested that we add a deadbolt to the one door we didn't have one on. We agreed, and he got to work. He put in our new deadbolt, replaced the other two, and even fixed the nonlocking door handles so that the doors now close more easily. He asked how many keys we wanted; we said three, but he gave us five, no extra charge. The price was right, the work was done well, and we couldn't ask for more on time, what with him coming the same day I called! Would definitely use them again; highly recommended!

Description of Work: I wanted to replace the flimsy lock on my walk-in door next to my garage door so I would have more security/no access to my kitchen through the garage by an intruder.That lock was replaced. I inquired about other locks and had several changed also. The locksmith was able to work with the old locks in my older home and key them all conveniently alike. Options were explained to me and there was no push to buy more than I needed. A sticky lock was repaired but not replaced which I appreciated.
