Description of Work: He installed two utilitarian light fixtures in the basement, to improve lighting in those spots. He had to return to remove one fixture because there was something very wrong with the 102 year-old wiring at that juncture, and it caused the second floor hall lights to dim upstairs (scary!). I also asked him to fix the doorbell, but he was unable to do that because the broken transformer is hidden by drywall that was installed during the 2012 basement remodel.

Description of Work: Overall he did good work, but he took down a fixture and never put it back up. I called about getting that taken care of, and it took awhile to get hold of him to get it fixed, but he did eventually get back to me. I found him to be very honest and reputable when making sure that the problems were fixed.
