After getting the run around from a previous electrician and having most others not even answering the phones this one was great. I received an answer, was able to make an appointment, he came when he said, did the work and all is well. Will definately call him again for any future electrical work.

He was "A" in everything. He was very neat and orderly when he came in and left things as orderly when he left after he got the work done.

I think they have been out twice. I like him a lot. They’re good price. In fact, I think most electricians are. I haven’t really worked with anybody else, so I’m assuming that they are fairly comparable. They did a great job. They were excellent. They are very nice people, I have spoken to them on the phone when I had a question about something, they were very happy to guide me through something. It’s odd that they saved me a visit.

The service rep. was prompt, friendly, professional, and came prepared. We were very pleased and will certainly use The Electrician again.

The gentleman was very nice. He was prompt. We would have him again. The $99 is more for the assessment of the problem. He just said everyone uses Angie's List thinking that the project is going to be able to be finished in an hour and it never is. So, the $99 is more of getting the electrician to come and to assess the problem and to write up the plan and then they come back on a different day to do the work. So it ended up being tremendously more expensive than the $99 but that's how it went. We did use them because it's very difficult to get an electrician to come. They're just of short supply. Since Angie's List provided access to the electrician we weren't going to not have him do the work because it's been such a hard time to get an electrician to come. He came 2 separate days along with a helper/electrician to do the work. When I bought the deal there was an email that went to the owner and then the secretary called to schedule. For quality they did good work. On responsiveness they came back when they said they would come back. For punctuality they were here when they said. It's not an easy answer to say if I would use them again. On the one hand, yes I would. On the other hand, I think they're kind of over priced so I'm not sure. What I might do next time is have him come and give us the price and then I'll just wait and see. I would say I am more likely, not an absolutely, but more likely to use them again than not.

They do good work. They were on time. They were very polite. Just a bit overpriced.

The electrician did all the repairs.

Very well!! And, in addition to the fan and hood over the stove, the change of where one light switch was, and installed lights, all of which was at very reasonable cost, he worked on switching one ceiling fan that has no light to place one with a light and a fan in that spot, but we had purchased the "new" one from Habitat Restore, and he found the electronics could not be made to match for it and did not charge to reinstall the original one, as well as listing ones that will work--we have yet to buy one, but we'll have him install it! He's great!

Bought a $99 coupon for 1 hour of service. The service time ended up being about half that, but was still charged the full equipment cost of the replacement outlet. That's totally fair - it's right in the terms of the coupon - but won't lead to me being a repeat customer.

Great! I didn't realize which ground fault circuit the outlets were on -- electrician did the quick and honest thing, identified the issue, and we called it a day. Was kind enough about it to not cause me embarrassment over a simple error.

It went very well. I had them do three different projects. The extended their time. They have done things for me over the years. They are my electrician. It was marvelous. He saved me money. He did a great job and surpassed my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

They sent someone out to walk through and provide an estimate, and he asked questions to make sure he understood what I was requesting. They accommodated a couple of requests for specific ways to have things done (routing a bath fan vent, for example). The quote was on the higher end, but I got a better feeling from my communication with them so I chose to hire them. They scheduled time to show up, were there on time, and the people who came to the house to do the work were excellent. Everything about the electricians doing the work was professional. They laid down dropcloths to keep my floors clean without even asking. They asked where to start and tried to minimize disruption while I was working from home. If they were adding new outlets or fixtures, they asked where exactly to put them. They clearly cared about the quality of their work and were meticulous. They were not loud or obnoxious, and the two people working were polite even to each other. They cleaned up when they were done. It was definitely worth paying a little more to have things done right.

Not being skilled in the area of outdoor fixture installation I thought the work was excellent. The price was reasonable. The electrician was very pleasant to interact with, and he answered all my questions.

Great. This is the second time I've used the Electrician and was happy with the work both times.

My basement is partially finished with studs and insulation but no drywall. I obtained a permit beforehand and asked the person who arrived to install as many outlets as he could in three hours, including the wiring. He provided all of the materials and was able to install 8 outlets and the wiring, from not having any wiring in most places to having working outlets when he was done.

Everything was done to code and finished in a short amount of time.

I got them through Angie's List. He was pretty good. He was really prompt and he took a look and tried to understand what I was talking about. I asked for some suggestions and he gave me one or two. Overall, I think the estimate was fairly priced. It was just a little bit more than I was hoping for because I was asking for a lot of work. They were usually good about their responsiveness and punctuality. They were very professional.

Bo phoned before arriving allowing me to get things prepared. He was on time, and very plesant. He quickly but expertly took off and disposed the old spot lights and installed the new ones. Efficient, punctual, great communication and I will definitly call on "The Electrician Inc." again.

This is the second time I have dealt with The Electrician Inc. and both experiences have been great. The issue in this case was just that the circuit at the main outlet needed to be reset (duh) but the electrician was very polite and professional. Unfortunately I didn't have any other work ready to go at the time to get more out of the deal, but I will definitely be calling the next time I have an issue.
