Description of Work: We recently moved to a new home and were selling our old home. As part of the purchase, the buyers of our home wanted the lawn mowed within 2 days of closing. We have moved to a new place and don't have a lawn mower at our old house. Sent a message inquiring about help with this and never received a response.

+ -1 moreThey were so neat and hauled everything away. She took very good care of the plantings. They come and take care of the yard when it needs to be taking care of. They go above and beyond what I expected. Half my neighbors are using them now. They are fast and efficient.
Description of Work: They took down some trees, pruning, planting, and also came up with landscaping ideas.

Description of Work: When I first contracted them, I was really happy with their response in getting back to me. And to date they've done a good job with my weekly lawn maintenance. I recently moved to the Madison area from Chicago area. My Lawn Care folks in the Chicago area were AWESOME. So I had high expectations, and Richardson is good. But two things 1) Estimate and pricing. Initial review and estimate of my lawn was $32. (Yes, my lawn badly needed a mow when they looked at it). I negotiated a price of $30 per week (same as I paid in Chicago) and I'd keep them though the year. They agreed. But after my initial cut, they charged me $45 because the lawn was so high. After that it's been $30 /week Very Misleading! They knew the lawn was that high when they give me the $32 estimate. 2) Lawn services included - My old lawn care service trimmed the shrubs and edging the yard as part of the weekly service. Richardson doesn't... its just mowing the lawn and limited trimming. Like I said, I had excellent service at a lower cost in the Chicago area than I do in Madison. Richardson doesn't live up to that expectation... but in general they are good.

+ -1 moreIt went very good and we would use them again. It was wonderful. They were very reliable, flexible, did great work, and they were reasonably priced.
Description of Work: The did weekly yard maintenance. It included mowing, trimming, and cleaning the yard. We were in the midst of moving here.
