Never responded even after promising to give a quote

We were very happy with the services provided all summer - the fertilizer and weed control that Keyman provided made our lawn look great. That said, at the end of the summer we opted for aeration. We knew that we had told them we had an electric fence when we first requested service through their online form, and so expected they would communicate with us about when the aeration would be done so we could mark our fence. Nope. We came home to an aerated lawn and a destroyed electric fence. Keyman asked us to call a specific electric fence installer to ask about how much a repair would cost. We were told that a repair would not be a viable solution and so full replacement would be required. We told Keyman this information and they indicated that we would be required to pay the full replacement cost since "we didn't tell them about our fence." We will not be using their services again.

Went well. Nice timely reasonably priced. Would and will hire again. Price included 5 applications. Yard is large.

Fine so far. They seem knowledgeable and professional.

Trees and shrubs look fabulous - they were in trouble before bringing in Keyman. Extremely pleased with that service. Lawn looks good too. Great value for the price.

Always professional, always on time, discussed what they were doing and what I needed. Always asked if I wanted anything else done. The lawn looked great. I will hire them again next year.

I had given up on having a satisfactory lawn. Keyman has a five step program, that is, five applications at $50 per application. Close to the end of my first year using their service, my lawn is healthier, thicker, more satisfactory than I ever expected. Their representative informed me in detail about their work on my lawn, did the work when they said it would be done. They deserve an A+ for every for every question.

We have used Keyman Lawncare for several seasons and are completely satisfied. They provide fertiilization & weed control beginning in early Spring thru late Fall. In addition, they also have provided pest (insect) control which has been extremely effective in eliminating a fairly extensive creepy bug problem we had (earwigs & box elder bugs). Communication is always quick and thorough....for example, recently they worked around schedules of visiting children to ensure spraying would not be done anytime close to when young visitors would be here. They always make sure to contact us when they spray for insects to ensure we're home to close up the house for a short period of time. Would highly recommend!

We're happy with them. Usually, they send one person at a time. They don't need to talk to me, they just perform the service.

Our lawn looks great. They did recommend a larger mole treatment, so we paid an extra $133, but so far so good, no moles.

On an annual basis they provide fertilizer, weed deterrent, and whatever else is needed for the lawn. They will De-thatch or aerate your lawn if you think it needs to be done. No hard sell! They utilize dry products for the most part, which I prefer. They are very willing to work with their customers to get the best lawns possible. Whenever they do any service they leave notes suggesting mowing heights, watering, etc. I have discussed issues with the Technician on a couple of occasions and they are very knowledgeable, and can explain conditions in terms that are very understandable to a "lay" person. I will continue to use Keyman.

I worked with 2 other companies prior to Keyman. They have been extremely professional and helpful in working around schedules and providing help, even when it meant a referral to someone else for services they could not render. I was very impressed and will continue to work with them in the future.

I looked at a couple of different ones on the website but they were ones that actually responded to me, the other companies didn’t respond to me. They are prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and respectful of what my wife and I want. They are good at what they do and they do it quickly and seamlessly. We could be home and we wouldn’t even know they are here; they are that quick and proficient. I paid one year contract upfront and that is usually for five or six applications. I am completely happy with Keyman. I will use them next year too.

We've had the service for a number of years and always timely and, if we notice a problem ara, they are quick to address it. Detailed message left after each visit.

Received phone call day before service to confirm, service was done at appointed time along with billing invoice info on what treatment was all about & how to follow-up & what to watch for as results was provided. Essentially it all went like clock work.

At first the provider was fast in regards to emails and asking questions. They noted someone would be out that week. (I emailed them on Monday). By Thursday no one had showed up or emailed me. So I emailed Thursday and someone emailed back that night that someone would be out "Tomorrow". Once again no one showed up and no emails. I was looking to get service started and get a game plan for my yard going forward. Overall great response in emails, but that was about it. Maybe if you are already a customer the service is great, but these events led me to look elsewhere.

I wasn't home, so I assumed one man came out. I have used them in the past. They always call ahead of time to let me know when they're coming so I can pick up dog toys; and it seems like a fair price and good quality work. I like it because it's a locally owned company instead of a national chain.

I have used their service last year and also continuing this year. They suggessted 5 applications and always flexible with timings. They took care of weed couple of times that occured last year.

I found Keyman Lawncare through Angieslist last year, pre-paid $285 (approximately) for 5 treatments in 2013. I plan to use them again in 2014 and beyond. Keyman was very professional; the first visit one of their employees came over and was polite and generous in answering my many first-time homeowner questions. They are punctual in their schedule and left me hand-written notes each time they visited. When I had special requests (ex. having them spray weeds along the edges of my lawn touching the neighbors' lots, they followed through each time. Keyman operates and feels very much like a smaller company (which I like) - the service is top-notch, they are transparent in what they have done and leave detailed advice each visit, and they are quick to respond to all questions. I cannot comment on their pricing since I did not do comparison shopping. I have no intention of changing to anyone else though.

We had Keyman over for an aeration, over seed, and a 5-point weed n' feed program. I have to say that our lawn looked fabulous when they were all done in the end of October. | |Very satisfied with their work. Not having anything to compare the services to, I feel like maybe it was a bit pricy, but I'm looking at their services performed as an investment to my lawn's future.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, responsive to inquiries and questions. I caught them as they started their work and notified them that my lot had changed size. He took care of everything for me, notified the office, got the pricing changed. They always clean up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

The technician puts flags up in both the front and back yards to ensure that there is no pet or human activity on the recently applied areas, which is appreciated since we sometimes need a reminder when we go in the backyard without remembering the first flag in the front yard. They also leave details about the most recent application in a waterproof bag on the front door knob so what have record of what was used and/or any other instructions we may need. In the past, if we have had issues pop up with mushroom growth or dandelion propagation, they have always answered our questions promptly over the phone without having to make a special trip out to the house and charging us for a service call. After having used this service now for this first time this spring/summer, I would definitely recommend.
