He cleaned the gutters on my house. He did a professional job, had good recommendations and cleaned up the job was done.

I called Doug to get an estimate to clean the gutters of my home. He called with an estimate, showed up when he said he would, I paid him after he cleaned the gutters (very conscientiously - didn't leave debris on the roof below, etc.), and he left. I spent 3 minutes total on the transaction. He was friendly and professional. I wish everything in my life were this easy.

Doug was quick to respond to my phone call. He came to my house and completed the job right away. He was a very nice man. The price he told us as an estimate was the price he charged us. I will use him again. Great service!

We emailed Doug to provide an estimate for our daughter's rented house - Doug called later that afternoon and said he would drive by and take a look the next day and provide estimate. As promised, he called the very next day and gave us a fair price. We approved and he got the work done in less than 48 hours!

I called Doug to unclog a drainpipe. He got it unclogged quickly. It was $85. I then asked for quotes to install gutter guards and to repair, powerwash, and paint the porch railing. He gave me a quote for the gutter guards on the spot ($300) and called a couple days later with a quote for the railing ($380). Within a couple of days he installed the gutter guards, powerwashed the railing and removed the section that needed repairing. Two pieces were rotting and needed to be replaced so I ended up paying a little more than the quote, which was reasonable as only one piece appeared to be rotting when it was still attached. He came back the following week, re-attached the section he'd removed and stained the railing. Doug worked quickly and was quick getting back to me with quotes. He also put a nail into a loose board on my fence and fixed an outside faucet that was dripping for no charge. I would hire him again. UPDATE: Doug assembled and installed a shed in our backyard. He anchored the shed to the ground and put support brackets inside. He did a great job and we will continue to hire him for work around the house.

Doug cleaned my rain gutters and installed leaf guards on our large 2 story colonial house. He was prompt, did an excellent job and had the service finished within 3 days. I would work with him again.

He was prompt and he came when he said. He installed the guards and the work and look good. He stuck to the price and I am very pleased with the experience.

Doug got a call from me in the middle of the morning. He made time to come out and look at my dripping gutter that same afternoon. He told me that he normally charged a min. of $85, but after he came out and put his ladder up to my gutter, he did not see a lot of clogging, but he did remove the snow that was damning up at the corners. He was very pleasant. Charged me $65 instead of the whole $85. We talked about other things that he could possibly fix, not gutter related, and suggested what could be done for my sagging chain link gate. Very nice guy, will definitely have him back!

Doug did a great job. It was the easiest possible experience. I called Doug Monday morning. He stopped by later that day to check out the house and give an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable to me, and Doug was able to come back Tuesday morning to clean the gutters. He also was nice enough to remove a pair of old shutters from the house for me while he was at it (no extra charge). Doug was very friendly, and I would definitely recommend him.

We called and Doug was able to come that day--he fixed a couple broken/loose spots on our gutters and cleaned them quickly and efficiently. The price was definitely worth it, and we would consider calling him again for other household "fixes" if necessary/needed!

Was recommended to us by a friend. Was very flexible with our schedule. We were flexible with his schedule as well as his wife had a baby in the middle of our project. He asked for a few days and were happy to oblige. As new parents ourselves we thought he was optimistic about how soon he could come back and finish so we were not all unhappy that did take a day or two more for him to get back than anticipated. Very good guy who does good work. Keep him in my cell phone for the next time we need him.

He was very timely and got back to us very quickly. He scheduled the appointment at his own time and got the job done.

We did like him, and thought he was nice and reliable. We thought that he missed a little bit with the gutter cleaning that we thought he should have caught. He was good about cleaning up after the work he did however.

We asked Doug to come over and show us a couple of options for putting leaf guards in our second story gutters, because we had not cleaned them in the 2 years since we bought the house and I wasn't going up on the roof any time soon. He showed us various options and ended up endorsing our decision to use a tight mesh screen-type guard. On the agreed date, he came by, cleaned the 2nd story gutters, installed the guards, and on his way down he cleaned the 1st story gutters as well. Everything went as expected, quickly, easily, and at a reasonable rate.

Called Doug because the gutter/downspout on the upper levels of the house were blocked causing water problems in the house/basement. He looked at the job and came back one morning while I was a work and did the cleaning. He came a few days earlier than promised and cleaned up leaves, etc. after the job was finished. I'd definitely hire him again.

Doug found the defects in the dormer gutter and had the correct parts to fix it immediately. He did a great job of unclogging other gutters that were causing water problems near the base of the home.

Doug cleaned our gutters in between some other jobs he was working on elsewhere. This required him to return to our home three times, for which we received trip charges. However, when we raised concerns about the additional trip charges, Doug removed them. Doug is dependable and will get the job done.

I called and spoke with Doug to get an estimate to clean my gutters. He said he would be able to swing by that day and take a look. He called me later in the day to give me the price and I agree for him to go ahead. He thought he'd be able to do the work the next day. When I got home from work, I wasn't sure if he had been there or not. I was pleasantly surprised to have a message from Doug letting me know that he did indeed clean my gutters and downspouts that day. I thought calling me to let me know the work was complete was a very nice touch!

Doug had cleaned our gutters and downspouts after we moved in last August. When the heavy rains happened last week and we woke up to water in our basement, I frantically called Doug to see if there was anything he could do. He called his first appointment of the day and got their permission to come a little bit later so he could tend to our "emergency," and within 30 minutes of my initial cry for help (at 7:30 in the morning), there was Doug, on our roof, saving the day. Very professional, super helpful, and just a nice guy!

My wife and I moved into our new house the day after the first ice/snow storm in Madison. I knew that the gutters had been full of leaves and wanted to try and get them cleaned out prior to the forecast storm on its way. Doug came by with his equipment and attempted to clean the gutters for about 30 minutes but the ice buildup was already too much to deal with. He stopped his work and said that he wouldn't be able to do anything more at this time. He provided me with his card for future reference and stated that he would be happy to help me out if we received a good mid-winter thaw or in the spring.

Doug did a nice job, making sure to clear the down spouts. He came the day after I called at the time he stated. This is the second time I have used him. He is friendly, responsive and reasonably priced.

Great, did the modifications and cleaned out the gutter on my 2 story house in about 2.5 hours. I did have to sweep up the sidewalk and patio after they were done. I would have preferred they clean up their own mess.
