It was excellent. Carl knew exactly what we needed and his crew got a whole new roof on in 1 day. I was super happy with the work.

We received 6 quotes from Angie's List recommended companies and Carl Cure Roofing was the low bid using the same quality metal as the other companies bidding the job. We were not necessarily going to go with the lowest bid, but we appreciated Carl's personal attention to detail when he inspected the roof, along with the way he explained the process to us. We felt confident that he was going to deliver. His shingle tear-off team finished quickly and left no debris around the house. His team of metal roofing specialists encountered generator and other equipment problems during the install, and ended up having to finish the job on a Saturday. Their work was top-notch and their cleanup job left nothing for us to tidy up. We went with metal because we plan to be in this house for many years to come, and would recommend Carl's company to anyone considering an upgrade from shingles to metal. The quote also included replacement of our 4x4 Velux skylight, which was leaking, and all new seamless gutters. They could have saved the original gutters, but would have had to either reposition them or notch the new metal roof flashing. The labor that would have been involved in doing that gave us an opportunity to get a really good quote from Mike, the team leader, on much nicer gutters and downspouts. Carl and his team took good care of us, and their personal and professional attention to everything made this a great experience.

Carl got the job done on schedule (actually a couple days earlier)and on estimate . The roof looks great and the job site was well cleaned.

Called Carl and he showed up for an estimate almost immediately. he was polite, professional and better yet knew exactly what I needed done to fix my problem. I didn't hire Carl only because another company could do the work immediately, however I would be happy to hire Carl in the future.

They worked very quickly and efficiently and installed a new plumbing roof vent that had pulled away from the tiles, sealed it. They also replaced some roof ridge tiles that had apparently blown off that I wasn't even aware of, at no extra charge. We were very happy with their work. They responded quickly to my request for a work estimate. Called them one day and they called back that afternoon and then took care of the work the next morning. Highly recommend them.

We're very pleased with our experience with Carl Cure Roofing and highly recommend them to others needing a fair priced, high quality and professional job. Carl was one of the first contractors to respond to my request for a bid and quickly returned my calls to discuss my questions and concerns. His price was reasonable as I compared to others and he was able to schedule the work sooner than most. His friendly crew worked very hard with few breaks to finish the job in one day before the rain arrived and returned the following morning to pick up the job site leaving no trace behind.

Very well, great workmanship with an excellent roof shingle. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They also nicely addressed an issue with a portion of a soffit vent.

We called for an estimate and never heard back from them.

I had to work scheduled to be performed while I was away on a business trip. When I returned, the work was done flawlessly and the only sign that they had been to my house was that the gutters were beautifully installed.

Carl went all out - meeting with the adjuster when he came out and handling all paperwork with insurance company, His son and associate workmen did a great job including replacing 3 skylights and fixing a leaking 4th one. Communication was effortless. I had another quote from a local roofer that was almost identically priced, but Carl offered to be there when the adjuster arrived. Great service! Great job! Highly recommended.

They were fine. There was some leakage and he did some maintenance on the roof. Everything was fine, there was nothing that could have been done better.

We are very happy with this company and the new roof looks fabulous. The work was done on time and on budget as previously agreed, and the roofing crew of expert craftsmen paid very close attention to every detail. Clean-up was outstanding and conducted at the end of each work day. The crew took great care around the many planting beds around the house and managed to avoid any damage at all. Several special requests were made and the crew carefully complied with every one. Carl is an excellent communicator and phone calls and e-mails were answered promptly. Carl Cure was not the lowest bid, neither the most expensive, and we felt the price was fair given the outstanding job that was done.

There were lots of roofers with A grade reviews on Angie's List. What amazed me was that the first three I called never returned my phone call at all. The fourth did an initial assessment, then when I tried to schedule him, he also never returned my call. How can these roofers get such good grades and then have such horrible customer service? And then I found Carl. He returned my phone call the same day, came out the next day to do the estimate, and returned the following day to do the work. He was honest about what needed to be done. He was professional and the work looks great. I would definitely hire him again!

Fantastic. Carl and crew arrived promptly -- even in the bitter cold --to fix a leak in our roof. The leak was around the sewer stack. Old shingles were removed.. A new pipe cover, flashing, ice guard, and new shingles.were added. Work completed and area debris removed. before the new snows came. Could't be happier! Barbara E.

Carl was great to work with from start to finish. While many other roofing companies were busy with the fall rush and slow to get back to me, Carl responded right away and got out for a quote within a week. He explained exactly everything he would do when we met on-site, step by step and gave a very reasonable estimate. In the final week leading up to the project I mentioned a couple other issues I was having related to the roofing project he was about to begin and he gave a couple different solutions to correct the issue. When his crew completed all roofing work in two days and all debris was taken away. A new gutter system was added to one section of the roof and had to be ordered after another project on the house was complete. His gutter crew came out about a week later to install the system and did a great job of problem solving how to make the new addition best work. In the end, the final price was exactly as quoted. I would certainly call Carl again for any future roofing projects.

They replaced my roof after hail damage. They were on time to give me an estimate and handled everything with the insurance provider. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly recommend.

Carl was punctual, professional, and presented himself and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was asking for bids from multiple contractors. and Carl was higher in price than the contractor I selected so I unfortunately cannot speak to quality of work.

We had worked with this service provider in the past and were really pleased with the work done. Our experience this time was not as positive. There seemed to be a disconnect in communication and less willingness to respond to queries and questions. While this was during an extremely busy time for contractors - after a major hail event that year - we were not as pleased with responsiveness and customer service.

He did a good job, on time, and on budget.

I needed to get a roof on a new home under construction before the bad fall weather hit. I had heard good things about Carl Cure Roofing from a contractor friend of mine so I gave him a call. (I have reviewed another roofer for this site which I also like, but I needed a roof on the house quickly.) Carl gave me a really good price and he showed up when he said he would. The work was done in two days, quickly and professionally. I'm very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.
