He would never give any paperwork or write down anything. He would say the job he would do, but would never finish the whole job. For example, we tied ribbons on the trees that should be cut down and he did all the easy ones (none of the bigger ones). He asked for the cash up front for all the jobs and unfortunately, for my sake, I paid him. He hauled off gravel that was on my driveway for me. He wasn't able to fix my driveway because he didn't have the equipment. He asked me for the money and I mistakenly gave it to him upfront to have the job done and that was the last time I saw him. He also told me that I was being unreasonable about having the job done right. He spent about 4 or 5 months trying to work on the driveway, when I ended up recently having it done in 2 days. The retainer walls weren't built properly, so I will have to have them done by another person. The last time I heard from this man was a text message saying "When you come to your senses, you can call me".
Description of Work: I had him out to lower the driveway, cutting down trees, and building rock and wood retainer walls.
